Bath and Body Works has a 40% storewide sale but there's ordering issues.....so much for huge sale offer!!!! Very disappointed that the app isn't working!!!!

Couldn't find cash register???? Is this some sort of sales trick? Hard pressure sales people. Also I don't go here, but decided to pick up eucalyptus/mint hand soap. Sounded good. But I realize now they are just making up names ... It smells like "old man after shave" no mint, no eucalyptus scent whatsoever. The cost is outrageous.

Purchased items on their website. My credit card was accepted for the purchase but then it wasn’t accepted for the $10.00 refund.

Order delivered to the wrong address contacted customer service and Amy was completely clueless of what I was asking. She not only got all my information wrong but completely screwed up my request and sent it to the wrong address again. I reached out again and was told after I asked that they could contact fed ex to get the address corrected so it wouldn’t go to the wrong address again they reassured me they did that and confirmed it was food to my address, guess what.. went to the wrong address again. That’s over $100 of my money they can’t seem to get correct. Called just now and Sophie who I could barely understand said they only do two requests then refund my order. No one ever said that to me and I have no product or refund. I’m so over the over seas customer service. I want my money refunded and I’m done with this company. Time to invest in America. Just fix your screw up.

Customer service is bad. Also fighting over only cents just because someone is only short on 2 cents bad review one star hate this place don't ever come here!!

Went to B&BW, they overcharged me for the buy 3 get 4 for free, and did not let me use my coupon for $10 off. The customer service person was very rude

I bought on Black Friday only to see you have better sales in the day after(Saturday). I bought over $100 worth of product. The after dollar amount per item between your Black Friday sale and today’s sale (11/29/25) is a $3 difference which adds up when you buy as much as I did. All was asking is to make it right. This was a deceptive marketing maneuver. The best sales in other stores is on Black Friday and not the day after. Your summer agent offered me 20% of my next purchase to make it right. That does not make what occurred right.
