I am very upset today is Monday 9/9/2019 I had a coupon that was Buy 2 get 2 Free! The coupon started on 9/5 and ended today 9/9 at 5:58. I asked the lady what candles does this apply for or is it all of them she said that the sale ended yesterday and that she was not going to give me the discount! I showed the lady that my coupon said that it expires today 9/9 and that I can use it today before 5:58! This is False advertising and this location just lost service and business and future profit because my mother and I were going to at least spend $100 today on products!! I am very mad this was at the Woodhaven Michigan location!.

Site needs some fixes. I hate how they dont let you filter and sort anymore like by price. With the checkout they dont let you "delete all" if you want so if you added a million things you have to go through and delete everything! You use to be able to hover over a item and see the notes of that scent, they dont have that anymore. Dont you realize these things help your customers? And With all the money you make you'd think you would have a "free shipping" option like so many other online sites. Never do you offer that unless its a promo code. Well its almost 2020 and people are spoiled by other amazing companies who know what their customers want, like free shipping. When you have buy 2 candles get 2 free plus a $10 off, by the time tax and shipping are involved its not even worth the buy. I cant tell you how many times i havent bought just because of this ridiculousness. Everyone wants to get their items fast and most of the time if you have a free shipping at $50 or whatever your bound to get more sales. Very stupid in my opinion, all i got to say is id buy more if things like this were adjusted and offered.

Absolutely admire quality and fragrances of recently launched products. Sales individual was very cooperative and enthusiastic! We had a great customer care experience and even with cashier! You have a life time customer now!

My concern with the site is the shipping. Don't get me wrong, they products are great. It just seems like when I order online, which i almost exclusively do, something is broken or the tops have come off and liquid (cream) is all over the inside the box. They don't seem to use enough packing materials and things roll around inside the box. When I contacted them about it, they pretty much told me "oh well, things happen". Hmmmm, I don't consider that very good customer service1

Just came from Heartland store....excellent candles hands down. Unfortunately, shopping at that store is so frustrating. The moment you walk in, you are bombarded with questions of what you are looking for. What do they think we are looking for? They all give you their name so when you go to the cash they want you to remember who helped me. How about I just helped myself. It is a store where I am fully capable of entering and shopping for myself. If I have any questions, I will ask. It is extremely annoying especially trying to remember names. The cashier was literally asking me to describe the sales associate. Please focus on having more staff at the cash registers and less staff waiting to pounce on you upon entry. I would also appreciate seeing the prices as they are entered at the cash register as I have found errors previously.

Went to the store at Tyrone Square Mall in St. Petersburg, Florida. Really poor customer service from the cashier. Will not visit again.

I had the most embarrassing moment at the Bath and Body Works in Haywood Mall!! Wanting to take advantage of the 3.95 sale items, utilize my coupon (10.00 off for spending 30.00) and the new point system. Once I was rang up and my items totaled, I showed the associate my phone to receive points and apply the discount only to find out that the can’t apply the discount because the store was not set up to use the app. Corporate why would you send out an app to your consumers knowing that it is not readily available in all stores. I asked the manager (Shanitra) to make an override and apply my discount for her to bluntly state “ no ma’am” I will not have my name next to that discount because I could get fired! Are you seriously firing managers for trying to help YOUR consumers that have a legit coupon???!!!! Such a disgrace!
