I love Bath and body works and love their products and they have good items and their are awesome

Customer service is fantastic but the way they package orders is shocking. The ammount of money that it costs for their products and the fact that you have to pay for shipping you would expect them to be securely packaged. I am based in the UK and import their products. I can always guarantee that my US forwarding centre send me an email saying items are damaged. Sometimes it doesn't even get that far and UPS or FedEx send me an email to say they're returning it due to damage. It causes a lot of hassle for me to rearrange booked shipments to the UK from the USA. The company are great at replacing items, but if they packaged them a little better in the first place they would probably save a lot of money!

I thought online shopping from bath and body UAE website will be a wonderful idea but it was terrible! I ordered and post a week they send a message saying 9 products were removed then cancelled it without telling me as a customer waiting for nothing! not mention the bad abounded customer service that you can not reach in reality.

BBW in Winnipeg outlet collection probably the worst.They keep disturbing all the customers even if the customer doesn't need help.i was there to buy some lotion and mist but because of their questions after questions i got annoyed and left the store without buying.Very bad experience!!! The manager and associates should know the limits of disturbing the customer!!!

I had the pleasure of chatting with Nichole and Nicolas in customer service today and I must say WOW! The customer service I received was, fast and exceptional!!! Greatly appreciated!

SHAME ON YOU, Bath and Body Works (B&BW)... your customer service is terrible!!! I recently made an online purchase and got distracted by my granddaughter and forgot to put the promotional code in before completing my order (#38646354). Within the hour and still within the promotion period, I emailed B&BW customer service giving details of my mistake and asking if they would credit my account using the current promotion. I heard nothing back. I sent another email to B&BW last week and still have not heard anything back from them. Was this my mistake to begin with? Absolutely, but I truly believed a company like B&BW would at the very least acknowledge my communications with them and try to help me in some way. I received the full-price items yesterday and won't even open the box. They're all going back to a store closest to me for a full refund. Do you people think you're the only ones who make soaps, lotions and creams? B&BW, you've lost me as a customer because of poor customer service. I'll buy my products elsewhere.
