After seeing some items that looked very nice, we thought we'd purchase online and try some, especially considering the sale prices of a few. However: •No "Pick Up In Store" Option; •Sales only apply online; •Shipping costs are insane ($10 to ship a small 8-ounce tube?); •Then they add a "handling" charge; •And finally they add sales tax to their shipping and handling, as well! So, a $6 item costs more than $17.50 with no option to pick it up in-store, and the store won't honor the sale. And it would have been $25 without the sale? Not in my lifetime. Horrible policies. Their prerogative, but we'll never return.

I shopped at Bath and Body Works for the first time last month. I am in love with everything I purchased. The hand soaps are fabulous, the fragrance is long lasting and it doesn't dry the skin. The shower gel, body cream, and body sprays are wonderful for scent layering, I got the rose and it smells amazing. The candles are simply divine. The staff at the store I went to (McKinley Mall, Blasdell NY) were all very helpful and courteous. I will definitely shop there again!

The Greenville ms bath &body works is the best they ask and tell you everything you need to know about the sells and give samples of all the smells that is very awesome. Also a lady named latasha or tasha was very helpful and took us all around the store and showed their most popular fragments.

I have ordered and purchased from Bath and Body for years. I have recently had an issue of getting Bath and Body Works to remove my address from the mailing lists as well as complaints of sharing my information with 3rd parties and affiliates. I have been contacting customer service for almost a year and the reps continue to say it takes 90 days to remove but I will still receive mailings 4 months later at an address marked as business. I have emailed Bath and Body privacy department via the Bath and Body Works website portal and this company continues to disregard the requests. I have submitted 4 removal requests over a year period. This is the ONLY company who has issues marking my account with no solicitations, the ONLY company. After sharing my information with Victoria Secret, VS marked my address as business and assured me that I should not receive any future mailings. Now I am at the point where I will be contacting the Corporate complaint department just for unauthorized mailings to a business. This has changed my overall experience with shopping with this company. Do not share your phone number or email or use a card when shopping here, pay in cash and say no thank you for the "phone number" asked for in-store purchases. Trust me, they are saving your information when you consent! My latest removal request was last week March of 2019.

Online customer service is terrible. Quality of candles has decreased while the prices have increased. I follow candle groups and many feel as I do.

Always ships quickly, great products, everything smells amazing, I have no complaints. I've been buying bbw for over 13 years!

I will never shop online with bath&body works again, I bought the $10 candles sale and never received my order I called and and they put a replacement order in, still never received that order either and now they say their out of stock. It really breaks my heart I was really looking forward to my candles. If I knew that this would happen I would have just went into the store and got my candles.

I ordered lotions online and received them very fast and they were packaged very nicely. Nothing was broken or damaged. They delivered a day early and the website was very easy to operate. Would definitely shop online again and in stores
