I felt so frustrated with Bath and Body Works! I had a gift card so I went to shop there were signs everywhere Buy3Get3 So I decided to start shopping for Christmas gifts. Went up to pay $95.00!!!!! I said excuse me it’s buy 3 get 3! The cashier said no not on what you bought! Are you kidding me I ended up paying full price! Stop putting signs up in the store when it’s clearly wrong!! That’s the last time I will purchase anything from Bath and Body Works!

Bath and bodyworks sales are a scam! They run online sales such a $5 body sprays and $9.50 candles but mysteriously during the checkout process there is an "error" making it impossible to check out. Customer service sucks. They conveniently get back to you after the sale is over when the items are full price. This has happened to me twice in one week. Hmmmmmm I smell a scam!

Amani from customer service was great. Apple Pay ended up sending my order to my old address. I was able to get a refund and the same deal from cyber Monday + an additional discount of 29 dollars. 3 out of 15 items were unavailable being that a couple days went by. She helped me pick out all 3 items for my girlfriends Christmas gifts using her knowledge of the products similarities and her perspective from a girls stand point. Thank you Amani, awesome job!

2 times now I have ordered online ad I placed my order and paid for it then I got an email saying that some of the items I ordered is not in stock. I called and they said I can't cancel my order. They can only refund my money for that item but would take up to 5 days!! I asked well why did it not say out of stock?? She said it's just the warehouse that I am getting my stuff from!! Ridiculous!! Why be would I order wallflower wall plug ins and a bunch of scent's and not get the plugins?? So I wanted to cancel my order immediately after placing it. What will I do with them with the tool to plug them into?? I will not use them again!!

What a totally frustrating experience here on CyberMonday! Spent well over an hour shopping for Christmas gifts, unable to find the same items that they had in the stores so I had to do several substitutions. Then, when trying to check out, the code for the 40% off kept disappearing which also allowed for free shipping over $40. My order totaled almost $100.00. Had to call in after I had spent a frustrating hour just trying to get a few things ordered here only to find out you can only apply one coupon code online - seriously???? You either take the free shipping and can’t use your free gift, $15 off $40 and $8 vanilla bean candle or you just choose one of the coupons to use and you pay for shipping!!! Totally awful experience!!! I’ll find my lotions and fragrances at another location that doesn’t make their customers jump through such ridiculous hoops! I’m done here!

Worsts store in the quintard mall. Went into the store today very bad customer service. I work retail and I know how it is. But regardless of how you may fell you still have to have customer service. Very rude salesperson. I’ll never go back. Gadsden is a much better place to shop

I canceled an order because I used the wrong address & they did not reimburse me my money back! Even after I placed another order for the correct address

Bath and body works have the worst refund policy i have ever seen. I ordered and 2 minutes later i called to cancel my order and they said it was too late. Now i have to send it back and it will take between 4 TO 5 WEEKS to get my money back. I will definitely find another place to order my candles (I buy A LOT).
