I find good things here to give my daughters and grand daughters.

I am disappointed in B&BW. I have been a faithful consumer for the past probably seven years. I've purchased thousands of dollars worth of their candles. Every year the prices go up and the quality of their products goes down (with a few exceptions). Yet when we could truly use a break, they are not there for us. I can not believe they are marketing candles and not offering any incentives at this time. I understand that candles aren't an essential item during this crisis but they can be therapeutic. With so many businesses out there offering online incentives to keep their businesses going you would think that B&BW would be willing to give a little. Once the economy is back up and running, we will remember who was there for us and who was not.

takes so long to get orders in :(. makes me super sad. it would be nice if it would hurry up

Bath and Body Works could not have handled this pandemic worse. They are allowing orders, but taking weeks to ship them. They are cancelling orders without telling the customer. And this is after you spent hours trying to get something into your cart. They have zero remorse and have offered no incentives. Shipping is more than it was before. I won't shop there ever again.

Ordered and it says they shipped together and that was not true. Then they charged me individual shipping cost so not ordering from them again they rip people off 😡

LOVED Clementine and mint leaves !! when I bought all the stuff I did there was a sale I put in the code and everything was fine and it all worked out then the next day I seen a charge on my card it was from bath and body works the “coupon” they said worked then didn’t I guess so I was charged 29$ more dollars a day later which is fine whatever just wish that I knew how much it was gonna be when I checked out and bought my stuff it said it was gonna be a certain amount which I was ok with but why would they charge me an extra 29$ a day later after I already used the coupon and made my purchase? Just weird i would’ve went to the store but the store near me the people are sort of rude and the product does nothing for my skin anyway so why come back ?

They shall offer free shipping to encourage us to stay at home during covid-19.

I order from bbw all the time but the past 2 times I have ordered they charge my card immediately and then a few hours later send me an email that only a couple of my items will ship with no further details. I have to call to find out they cancelled half of my items and weren't even going to issue the refund unless I called. I feel this is a scam on their part. The first time it happened I was forgiving but twice in a row is a bit fishy. I feel they are taking advantage since this virus has started. They should be ashamed of themselves.
