terrible customer service. shipping took forever. customer service reps with attitude. been shopping in their stores -- don't think i will spend a dime on their products going forward.

If I'd known it would take so long to get my ridiculous delivery "because of Covid-19" I would NEVER have ordered in the first place. Of course, they conveniently don't tell you this until AFTER you place the order. Oh, and WHY do they charge so much shipping for this ridiculously crappy service?! I'm done. Never again. There are too many other actual reliable businesses I can spend my money at.

Bad Customer Service! I understand that things are moving slower these days b/c of Covid. But an order I place almost a week ago hasn't even started to be processed. I understand that part too. Maybe they are short staff or being over-run with orders. But when my order has not even started to be processed and they don't allow me to cancel and order?!? That's bad business. If they had a disclaimer on their page at the time of order, it would have different. But a customer should be allowed to cancel before the order processes. I guess that's why Amazon is taking over the world and these type of shops will go by the wayside!

I dont mind the long delivery time bc I understand the deal with covid, even though it took about 3 weeks.... My thing is, if you're gonna spend money to make the inside of the box all cute with blue plaid then at least take extra care of the product being shipped. The car refill things were just loose at the bottom of the box and busted open... At least wrap the small items together in bubble wrap and also tape up the dispensers so nothing comes loose and leaks everywhere.

ordered $100 worth of product on 4/13/20 and just received and email that my order is 'getting ready to ship'. Really? the estimated delivery date is May 5, 2020. Get real BBW. That is unacceptable and YOU KNOW IT!

first off ever since this cov19 has taken over and all stores of majority have closed you guys have been rasing your prices which is a joke I never had any issues before but why on earth would I spend 9.99 for shopping that's horrible and needs to be stop your gonna loose a lot of business just to stay a float also you say you restock daily that's bs !

I’ve been a very regular Bath and Body works customer for many years. I always make sure to have plenty of 3 wick candles in my home. During the covid-19 pandemic, all their retail locations were closed in Canada. That’s totally fair. However they refuse to open up an online retail store for Canada. Canadians can shop on their US store but it’s all in USD. $25 US for a candle is about $40 CAD. Ridiculous. Their customers have been begging for a Canadian store for years and they flat out refuse. Never shopping here again. They don’t care about their loyal Canadian customers.

First things first “Don’t Lie”, I order the mini hand sanitizers as soon as they came in. Bath and body works kept sending me the new items and promotions through my email but nothing concerning the late arrival of my merchandise. I finally got through to a rep. on the phone after a week...she stated after three weeks that my order was LOST yes lost I ask her I how can she tell she huffed and said there are ways on their end. So when was I going to be informed of this lie when I’m sooooo upset monk bath and body works😡😡😡
