Bath & Body WorksReviews of bathandbodyworks.com

I shop at BBW all the time. Now that they have jacked up prices during the crisis is a disgrace. I won’t be shopping there anymore. It was my favorite but plenty of other stores sell soap.

I originally got an email on the 22nd of the month saying my shipment would arrive on the 31st and if I wanted to sign up with my cell phone number to get texting notices for my shipping progress.. so I did that.I only received one text message saying my order would arrive on the 27th. So I stayed home and waited all day for it and it never arrived. So then you're finally did arrive on the 28th. Which I never received a message from saying it had been delivered. It was all just really awkward. Really bad tracking system for deliveries. I still have not even got an email saying it had been delivered. I'm grateful I received my order that's for sure. I still love bath & body works products. I read online they were closing all their stores 2100 of them by September 2020. I sure hope that's not true.

I like their products but in my opinion, Bath and Body Works is trying to profit off of the virus pandemic. If they truly wanted to help people out, they'd reduce the outrageous prices on their hand soaps, hand sanitizer, etc. and give people free shipping. They always run sales where you can get the hand soaps for $3.00 a bottle but not this time. They've been running the same prices $5.00 a bottle during this entire virus outbreak. I'm not saying give it away for free but how about you give people the normal $3.00 sale prices that you run all the time and resist the urge to profit off of panic. Show Americans that you're about more than a profit.

I like their products but now with this virus and their stores closed, they are still having shipping fees when so many have free shipping Now....sad! Come on! Step up!!

Excellent customer service. I ordered 9 hand sanitizers for friends due to this coronavirus situation and only one was damaged. I had to return the damaged one and the staff was happy to process a refund for me. I would definitely buy again. Love the smell for all their soaps!.

Price gouging. I went into a BBW in Maine where a few months ago they sold sanitizer for 5 for $6 (excluding tax). Since the Coronavirus started, they raised their prices for sanitizer to 5 for $7 and then 5 for $8. They still had the sign for 5 for $7 when I went in and I had to ask which price is it? Disappointed.

I can’t believe bath and body works are charging shipping fees during the virus

Scam company
