I ordered some bath and body works for my children through out this difficult time. They over charged me by $76 and then I phone not even ten minutes after making the order to have it cancelled. Was told it would be cancelled and I'd receive my money back. That was a lie. I got emails bout it being processed and so I phone again to be told my order can't be cancelled yet wouldn't explain to me on why. Then a couple days go by and the money is back in my account. I phone again to be told that yes my order was cancelled. AGAIN another lie. They shipped my order after I had asked for it to be cancelled and then double charged me! I will never order from bath and body works ever again after this Horrible experience.

Would give zero stars if I could. Price gouging at its finest right here at bath and body works. You should be embarrassed... a time Like this when we all need to come together and try to move forward. They raise their prices on hand soaps, which are junk by the way and not antibacterial, and raise the price of hand sanitizers. What a joke b&bw is. I’ll never shop there again. Hope they go out of business by trying to take advantage of the pandemic. For those who are concerned about their hard earned money, buy dial antibacterial berry foam soap. Smells better than their crap and just bought it for $2.25.

Hello, I am a bath and body works customer and I am very disappointed in your service online . I normally shop at the bath and body works store in my local mall but due to the Corona virus I am unable to do so ! So I thought I could place an order online and pay with my money ! I spent $100 dollars of my hard earned money and you canceled my order because of unusual activity! How can you assume it’s fraud! This is discrimination! The representatives probably looked at my name and assumed it was fraud ! That is very insulting! I should be able to spend my hard earned money as I please ! This is horrible customer service ! I want am very disappointed in this company ! Why would an order be canceled without reaching out to the customer! I provided my email, my phone number and my address ! I am very disappointed in this company right now !

Not all that, overpriced by long shot products ok but not great. Quite few times I've ordered for gifts it says in stock then 4 days after I order cancels. Honestly don't see big deal compared to the same products half the price. Guess they still living off reputation from years ago when not many products could match them. Message would be lower your prices and update your website often so it accurate or close.

They will charge you multiple times for different amounts if you use a promotion through your merchant. ('Discount or cash back') Then send you through a hassle to get your money back.

Just contacted Bath & Body Works and informed them that somebody had used my Paypal account and they orderd products. I was told they couldn't cancel the orderd it was not their problem then they just disconnected me. If you have anything to do with them your crazy.

Absolute worst!!! Placed an order 4/2 for 2 of the nurse pocketbac holders and since then have received multiple emails, last one was on 4/11, telling me my order is being processed for shipment and asking me to be please be patient because they’re looking out for everyone’s safety. Yeah right. I checked my order today and the total was marked as $0 so I dug around forever on their site and found an email to find out what’s going on only to be told they’re sorry and that the order was canceled due to not enough stock. Seriously?! Order is canceled with no notification? I then advised them I need my second order canceled as the items were purchased to go with the holders and was legit told it can’t be canceled as all orders are processed for shipment immediately. Oh Really? Then why did it take 2 weeks for my first order to be canceled? This order has not yet shipped so it can be canceled, and if it isn’t they either have a terrible system or inept employees...or in their case probably both. Worst company ever and if you’re thinking about ordering from them, take my advice and don’t!

I don't know where to start. The customer service is so useless. I bought 4 candles online and they charge me way higher it was supposed to be and they don't want to fully refund me and they refused to cancel my order even if it wasn't shipped yet. They refused to let me speak to a manager because they don't have any manager at the moment?? And they don't have a specific area or address email to file a complaint. Even small business can do way more than them. It's shameful. The only thing they think about is money, not the satisfaction of their customers.
