I have every single scent from BBW and I love them all. They take into consideration all the essentials one might need. (i.e hand sanitizer, travel size, hair care, and accessories) I just made another order online and it came rather quickly, keeping in mind all the COVID-19 delays. I was pleased with my order as all my other ones. They have a huge variety-- fits all needs. Whenever I go in-store the customer service is great as well! Thank you, BBW!

Sales have been terrible and last order didn't come with the usual 20% off coupon. Never have free shipping like other stores. I ordered my candles from Kohl's this time. Got $20 candles for $5 and free shipping. Sorry BBW, your dropping the ball.

I probably shouldn't be writing a review before I've received my package, but I placed my order 5/17/20, expecting some delays due to covid-19. It shipped 5/28/20 and said it'd be delivered on the 9th of June. It is now the 12th and when I checked tracking, there isn't even an expected delivery date. They also cancelled a candle saying it was out of stock, but is in stock online.. I thought I was being impatient or something, but given their recent reviews, my huntch was correct. Disappointing, but I won't be ordering online from them anymore.

I buy from this company ALL of the time. I recently placed an order online and got it today. I was excited to see the package but very disappointed when I opened it! The products were ok and I bought stuff that I’ve previously bought so I knew they were good. My issue is the way they were just thrown in a box and sent. They arrived very poorly packed and the tops to the body sprays were off. Maybe from being so poorly packed. I’ll attach a pic (if I can) of what I got. You can see a lump under the paper, that’s a air filled thing that’s supposed to protect your items if used properly. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything breakable from them! I’ve been a customer for a long time and I’ll never order online again unless this is somehow fixed. I’m very disappointed.

I ordered 5/16 and they charged my credit card on 5/16. Recieved email for expected delivery date of 5/29-6/9. On 6/1, received email that "pre-shipment info sent to (my local) post office and that they were awaiting item. No further updates. Today is 6/10. Can't get anyone to live chat or answer phone. Canceled my credit card charge and will refuse shipment if/when it arrives. Have ordered from FREDRICKSBURG FARMS 2x since 5/16 and received both shipments within 5 days. They don't have as much selection but their products are Great. Order from FREDRICKSBURG FARMS and you'll get your order guaranteed!!!!!

Same story as others. I ordered a gift card on may 22 for my moms birthday on june 2. The gift card didnt ship till june 6 and the expected delivery date is june 13. Terrible, no excuse for a gift card to be this late.
