I ordered some fragrance plugs and fragrance refills on may 21st, our order totaled just over $78.. We received order confirmation almost immediately then on may 26th we got an email saying they were still processing our order but we could expect delivery from June 1st- the 15th.. We never heard anything else from them. I called and spoke with a man on June 16th after our package not arriving in the time window given. He was sort of nice but when I insisted on a refund he said he would track the package for me and said it had arrived in NJ on the 1st of June and then made it to Georgia on the 5th..!? I said well I’m not far from Georgia so don’t you think it would’ve arrived by now? He said I’m not sure but gave me the tracking number so I could track for myself. Then said let’s give it a couple more days and if you haven’t received your package then we’ll give you a full refund. Waited and nothing ever came.. big shocker. After getting off of the phone with him I tried tracking the packing and long story short, it said usps was still waiting on the package from the seller and there were no updates at that time!? Are you freakin kidding me!? So dude lied? Wow. I called two days later and the woman I spoke with was very nice.. she said I would get a full refund in 3-5 business days.. still waiting on that. Never again will I shop with them.

i received a broken candle in my online order today. Now this has happened before and I usually just go in store and exchange but with corona my stores are closed. i called customer service and repeated my order number three times to this rude rep. After the address not matching up it was determined she still somehow put down the incorrect numbers. After correcting her yet again rudely said "ummmm thats not that what i repeated to you maybe you should have corrected me". LOL Absurd. I dont know why you are getting an attitude for not being able to type a really short order #and do your rather simple job. She claims she sent a request for a replacement candle to be sent. I didnt receive a tracking number or anything so I am skeptical. Bath and Body Works has become such a joke lately. I'm starting to buy Woodwicks instead.

I will never order online or go to bath and body works again! They owe me $50 and I’ve been waiting for weeks for it and somehow the pending transactions cleared! So I can’t go to the bank to fix the problem. Do not order online!!! I wish I could give them a 0 star

my honest experience with buying from bath and body works is that about 2 weeks ago i ordered 2 lotions, when my order came 1 week later i wanted to put the lotion in a little bottle so it does not take that much space. after when i was dumping it in i saw a sharp thing inside it. i took it out with a pencil and it was a nail. i was very upset :( i have been buying from bath and body works for a really long time!! i called bath and body works and told them what was in it, and they just gave my money back and made me pay 12 dollars they said sorry but you can blame this on us. very disappointed. never buying from here ever again!!!

I ordered product on June 1st and yet to receive my shipment.I contacted customer care and was told the "delay" is related UPS and no claim can be filed for a last package until JUNE 26th despite NO tracking showing!!!! So Bath and Body thinks this is an acceptable answer. Terrible customer service. Here's a tip folks at Bath and Body, it you can't manage ecommerce orders, don't have a website. SO DISGUSTED. I will NEVER again order from you.

I'd give no stars if it were an option. Any business that bends to the riots and crime going on has lost my business.
