Like many others, I am still waiting for 11 items ordered online Nov 24. BBW continues to go downhill in every facet of retailing. I was a loyalist for many years, but inventory, pricing and now shipping has deteriorated to a point of ridiculous. Goodbye BBW, I am finished.

Still waiting on an order placed weeks ago. They have sales “in store only” - not a good idea to attract crowds to the store during a pandemic. I’ve been a good customer for years but service has gone straight downhill in the last year. I’m done.

After a previous bad experience, I had to call and chat a few times, they finally gave me a 10% off coupon. Big deal... Then they told me that I would never be able to order online again. Very poor business practices!!! They make so much $ I guess that they don’t need anymore business, f’rs!!!!

I placed an order on November 26th. I received one item a week ago and waiting for the other 11 items. The website says to wait 4 days after your expected delivery (December 4th). I chatted with a customer rep today and she told me to wait until December 16th. If I don’t have it by then, contact them again. Even after I was worried about not getting it by then and then having to be re-sent, I will not get by Christmas. She just apologized, nothing she can do. They need to get customer training from Amazon or Walmart. I ordered it a month before Christmas. This is ridiculous. I will never order from them again. And they don’t have a certain amount for free shipping, so I paid $5.99 shipping for a month long wait. The same as when you buy something from China. I understand delayed delivery during the holidays, but tracking shows it’s been in Indiana since December 3rd. It’s now December 11th.

Ordered candles on sale. Order was altered after paying. Only got one candle out of 10. With shipping on one candle not a deal. Total rip off! Will shop other sites in future.

Worst experience ever I placed an order for my wife and two bottle came broken plus according to the promotion that I received one of the item in will be free and I was charge they didn't care about packaging correctly very disappointed Christmas gift that we can not give away .

I've been on the phone for 1 hour & 40 min trying to get my damaged items they shipped me replaced, (all while juggling my 3 children) and the Supervisor "Nakita or Lakita" purposely hung up on me! I will be spreading the word about this insanly terrible customer service. I am so disgusted. This is appalling. It was bad enough such an issue couldn't be easily resolved on-line, the exchange process sent me to Live Chat and then "Kelci" on chat tells me their system is down & I have to call in. I spend almost two hours on the phone for them to tell me I have to pay an extra $10.74 because they already issued me a refund that could take 30days to recieve, when they should have just sent me my exchange items! So after waiting another 20 min for a Supervisor, she admits their mistake but still tells me I still have to pay for their mistake & when I call her out on this problem, & ask why can't she resolve this on her own, I just get hung up on! To make matters worse, I now see the refund they issued me is only $6.43 instead of the $69.43 so they still owe me $63!!! Omg I am so mad.
