I carefully picked out items I was buying as gifts, paid out, card approved but froze...no receipt. Checked with my bank charge is pending but sales person tells me it didn't go through. I had to purchase again was told charge would drop off well here we are a week later both charges posted and removed from my account and now have to wait another 7 to 10 business days to maybe have something fixed. WTH?! Cash only from now on!

I ordered my package on nov 27th tracking kept saying tracking delayed . I called and all she said was we’re going to have to give you a refund. Because the product you bought is no longer available!!!!! Horrible!!! Will never shop here again

Ordered on December 4th. My package has said processing since then, but they loved charging my card! Talked to customer service, all I got was “It will ship soon”

IF I COILD GIVE IT A ZERO I WOULD. Charged my card, and tells me my order is not available??? Horrible customer service and even worse communication.

After my candle caught fire I managed to get on line to chat. I told her that I had bought 4 of these particular candles called Holiday and was to afraid to use them. I was told that I would get a full refund to my account. I noticed the amount refunded and it didn’t even cover 2 candles snd shipping. What happened to my full refund?? So I decided to call. I spent just over an hour waiting to be connected to agent. Yes I know it’s a busy time but that’s the case for most of us. The lady apologized and said hold on while I make this right. She told me the amount I was being refunded and apologized again. I told her that they should be recalled as they are s fire hazard. Of course she went on snd asked me if I knew to cut the wicks. down. Isn’t that what we do with all candles I replied. So today went into my account and once again the refund is not in my account. This is ridiculous, yes I’ll call again but wait til this evening. My main concern is that these 2 candles are a fire hazard and should be recalled. Please be careful if you have purchased these

Don't ask me why I kept trying to get their online site for their in store discounts with a code. It used to work,but with new phone, I could not receive any thru email. I asked at store for help, but they kept saying to call 800 number. Finally sat down and called/ redirected to new number, and could only take about 10 minutes on hold with the absolute worst audio distortion of ONE song over and over. Finally hung up, which is what they want you to do. Btw, when in store looking for a soap that my daughter loved using at my home, I went specifically to purchase some for her birthday this week. Told they change out every 2 weeks and not in stock. But of course. Considered ordering on line in future, but after seeing these reviews, No Way. Btw, told clerk of dilemma of not getting online discount codes, any she just did it at register. Worth asking for 20% in addition!!!! Do it before they self- implode and go out of business. I give them 12 months. Trust me!

Made an online order on Nov 18th to make sure I would receive my order in time. It’s Dec 15th and still no order received. So disappointed

Their online experience is horrendous. I made an order weeks ago and got the initial confirmation that my order had been received, and then nothing. After seeing lots of other people having the same issues I just waited. I never ended up getting any further emails from them, however I did finally receive a parcel 3 weeks later. I opened it only to discover it was half of my order - no mention of when or if the rest will come. Honestly such a poor experience and will never again shop with them online.
