Ordered $100 worth of hand sanitizers two weeks ago. Was told I would have them in a week. It has been two weeks and I have not received them. Was told originally that they shipped a week ago Sunday. However, Customer Service says that they only shipped yesterday. There have been no email updates either. Unacceptable.

Placed 2 separate orders on the first day of the 3 wick candle sale, I received an email the next day they were going to refund the shipping from the second order, that was very unexpected but much appreciated. After receiving both orders 1 day apart from each other I opened one box and a candle was completely shattered. I took it back for an exchange at the Outlets. I did receive my order about 10 days after they were placed. I'm satisfied with my orders and the company issuing a refund for shipping. Thanks

This company has a problem with on time shipping. Third order placed that has taken an unusually long period of time to arrive. In fact the last order still has not come. It has been sitting in Grapevine TX for over 10 days. Last time ordering from here. (Oh, by the way one lip balm in a large box is ridiculous.)

Ordered 20 days ago. Never got my order. FINALLY got a hold of customer service tonight and they say the orders never been shipped, but I could get the order shipped to me quickly if I pay for expidited shipping!!!! I BOUGHT THIS 20 DAYS AGO! I asked to speak to a manager, CSR hung up on me.

Received broken candle today....orig ordered 6....said I could have 4....sent me three then the 4th came today crushed to pieces and the glass leaked everywhere- Drive way-thru the House, all over the table, etc. because it was all inside the outside box too! last year ordered 17 soaps, 6 were broke and I had to wash all the bottles. A Michelle was going to replace them but i never got them. I told her last year they needed a new packing system but they don’t listen. Oh well, burn me once shame on you....etc.

Two of my candles were broken. Cut myself on one of them. Called customer service and waited over an hour. Finally got someone and they were going to replace them. Fine I thought. Then after I got off the phone I got an email that order was canceled because those two candles were out of stock. Called back waited another hour. Thus person understand thing. Said she would credit my account and then told me I could order more. I just wanted replacements but she said they had to credit me then I could order. Of course at a higher price. I took the credit in my card and said forget it. These people are lost or just don’t know what to do. So frustrating. Two broken candles with very sharp glass that I need to figure out how to dispose so no one else gets hurt. I am about through with them.

I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and first my order was arriving the 14th which was over 2 weeks from order date then they said it'll come the 17th and now it's been bumped another day! Love the products but not if i even want to consider another order if it takes this long! I can order from every other site and receive my products in reasonable time but this is absolutely not acceptable!!
