Bought the Bourbon scented candle 7 oz. and paid $14.50. The scent was great but the candle only last 2/3 thru and runs out of wick. Felt cheated a little bit.

Tried to order candles multiple times on-line over the last year due to the fact that it is at least an hour wait to get into any B&BW store in my city. Each time my order gets cancelled due to them being "out of stock". Website does not reflect the current stock, or if they will ever sell it again. Customer service is non existent.

Said my shipping would only be $5 and that it’d come in extra packages at no extra cost. BUT truly they ended up charging me the $5 for shipping on top of that an extra $11 for shipping “due to the packages all arriving separately” even tho on my receipt 🧾 it said that it’d ship out all my products separately at no extra cost for me! LOL THEY LIED!! done shopping here that’s all I have to say & ive shopped here since I was 12!

I have always liked their products and have successfully ordered online for years. But this last time, their shipping was awful. A delivery notice showed on the tracking, but no package ever arrived. They offered to send a replacement, but after several days, no such package was sent, so I cancelled and got a refund. I will never order from them again as long as they use their latest carrier. I've seen Pitney Bowes referenced, but mine was OnTrac, which has made several errors with me by sending my packages to a wrong address or delivering me something that isn't mine. If paying for another carrier isn't possible, I can't shop in confidence from this company again.

I ordered 6 body lotions and received 2 of them the 1st time then had to call and they apologized then received 2 more then had to call again then received 1 more and now I am on the pone to receive my last one and now I just got hung up one. Looks like I am going to have to go to the store to get my last one!

They sell these ridiculous wall plug ins for $15 and they lie and say they last 2 years and mine broke before it reached one month. Then the customer service people literally don’t help. They should stop selling these defective products or find a better manufacturer. Cheap ass store

Ordered candles on December 4th. Still have not received them. Called customer service they said they can only refund not replace them because it was part of their annual sale.

Ordered 5 items online on 12/7 and still haven't received them as of 1/2. They are lost in the USPS abyss--no new tracking info since 12/24. B&BW provided me with a credit across 3 gift cards (even though I used two for my first transaction), but you can't use more than two per transaction (really?). They also sent me 2 of the 5 items as replacements, but they sent them via USPS, so I'll probably never get those either. Wow. Regardless, on 1/1, I ordered 5 other items with the credit--checked out and opted for expedited shipping this time to avoid USPS. Soon afterward, I got an email stating 2 of the items were out of stock (they still show 'in stock' online as I type). Have been chatting w/their customer service folks on Twitter DM since the first package. Constant apologies, discounts, and credits. 11 emails from them since they shipped my first order on 12/14. I've had to type it all up in Excel just to keep track. I'm afraid to order anything with the latest credits--it will either be out of stock or never show up! I've been ordering from B&BW and L Brands stores for YEARS and no issues until this year. They clearly weren't prepared for the holidays and their semi-annual sale. Shameful.
