Received my online order two weeks late and it arrived damaged. Bath and Body works will not refund the damaged/late order. I was only offered merchandise credit or an exchange. I had all receipts and original form of payment. Read their find print...they will never return a product. They will only exchange or give merchandise credit. Bath and Body works...you sent the order late (promised Dec 17 received January 2nd. The candles were also damaged. This type of customer service (or lack there of ) is something I expect from a discount retailer not one who sells overpriced candles. Change your policies or lower your prices.

The packaging was not amazing everything came it took a couple weeks to get here this was a online order.☹️

The last time i went to bath and body works i had a $20 gift card and i got it back with $10 dollars on it. Today i went to use the rest of my gift card and the worker said it had $0 on it and i have the receipt at home that shows the money left on it. What a ripoff. Other than that visit today everything is good.

Placed an order on 12/4 for five candles and hand soaps. Received email on 12/12 that order had been shipped. I received one candle on 12/19. The other items according to tracking are sitting in Greenwood, Indiana. I have called a couple of times. I am always assured items will arrive. One time they refunded my shipping cost for my inconvenience. Last time I called they said the package would arrive by 1/5. Today I received an email saying they were refunding me for the items I had returned. I had not made a return but soon discovered that the “returned items” were the candles and soaps I had never received. So I guess I won’t be receiving my order. Very disappointing as these were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I will never order from them online again!

Every time I order hand soap or lotion from B&BW online I get broken parts. Either the soap bump is damaged and spews all over the place and/or the lotion caps are broken and lotion spills. Horrible online product experience.

Went to the Trussville Crossings store. Only 2 employees in the store. The cashier was fine. She was efficient and wished me a good day when I left. But the other young woman was rude and off putting. She answered questions begrudgingly, seemed angry and made me feel I was bothering her. I was not the only one. Other customers exchanged looks when having to deal with her. Will not be going back to that store. Too many other places to spend my money on bath stuff and candles to put up with this.

I ordered Christmas gifts on 12/2 and was sent an email that they were mailed 12/7 and would receive it 12/14. I have since gotten another email saying my order has shipped. Today is 1/8 and tracking said it would arrive yesterday. But, guess what? It didn’t arrive and the tracking now says it is still in Indiana with no delivery date. It has been at the same place for 2 weeks. I will be calling for a refund.

I am so disappointed. Website does not update the actual stock! So you could place an order and have it go through but then get cancelled right after. Not so great when you are ordering gifts for someone. Shipping takes a long time so ordering again is not an option. I do not trust their stock which makes ordering with them untrustworthy. It just sucks when you are waiting for a package, excited, but then to see its not your order. So disappointed. Please be careful about what you order with this company. No compensation was done, just disappointment was given.
