I ordered on Black Friday online and now it's January 2nd and I still haven't received my order. I have emailed 10 or more times and customer service will only reorder my order. Do not order online! They have terrible customer service and the shipping time is over 6 weeks!!!

Don’t order online Service sucks!!! They making me call back 4 days from today just to cancel or resend the lost package (on there side) and charged me. System can’t automatically do it for you. You will have to call again a and waste your valuable time on the phone

I placed my order on 12/04, when they had their Candle sale! I got 3 different notifications saying that it was on its way and checked today 12/31 on the status and it is still in INDIANA! I get shipping is slower, right now but this is ridiculous.

Poor shipping but especially communication. I received email that package was shipped on 12/15. I now received another email stating it was just shipped on 12/30. I understand the shipping delays due to COVID but the first email was misleading. I would have shipped a different gift if I knew it was going to be this late.

Horrible customer service!!!!! Placed order on December 11th and was told that it would be delivered on December 24th. However, today is December 30th and no package!!! Called the Customer Service number after I got disconnected on the customer chat! Spoke to one customer service person who was horrible and when asked for a supervisor the person kept asking me what was wrong with him! Really!? I hung up and called back! Got another person who also did not want me to speak to a supervisor! I have placed 3 orders since November and will not do it again! They actually told me that they could send out another order and if the other one comes then i need to take back into the store! Really?!!!! This was a Christmas gift and that person did not get anything from me!!!! Never again!!!!!

I ordered just a few things as a gift and realized I had sent the items to the wrong address. I immediately called to cancel the order and was told once it’s been made you can no longer cancel. The lady instead issued me a refund for the items and I am still waiting on my refund, it’s been over 2 weeks and I have not received any update on when it will be credited back.

I ordered Christmas items on 12/6/20 and they still have no arrived. They were for Christmas. it is now 12/30/20. everytime i check shipping it is just sitting in a different state for weeks at a time. it has been in Indiana since 12/22/20. where are my products? will never order again

I am not sure who's running this company, their inventory dept and shipping department, but they should all be fired immediately! I placed an order December 4th. It said it shipped and was to arrive between December 9th and 18th and everytime I checked the tracking, it said not to worry that it hasn't been scanned, they promise it's still moving through the network even its not scanned and you can't track it blah blah blah. Finally today, 12/30 almost 2 weeks late I call. And I am told it was likely never even picked up!!!! But they can replace it. But now 3 items are not available and I will have to call and choose replacements, because the chat person can't do it. Great. In the mean time I get an email confirming the new replacement order and it's not 3 items no longer available, no, now it's 5. I call and place my "reorder" of 5 new items with a promise of free expedited shipping on this order and I'll receive an email confirming for the expedited shipping refund (still have not received btw). But hours later another email, that they only have 3 of the 5 replacement items and 2 were canceled. How is your inventory so off that you don't even know what you have in stock? Or that you can't get it shipped from a local store? Or that you can't call the customer. Ridiculous! Oh and that free expedited 2 day shipping that was supposedly arriving on December 31st. Now in the system says expected Jan 6th. Whomever runs this company should be ashamed at how horrible customers are being handled. Why don't you stop selling until you can get the orders to those that ordered weeks ago? Continuing to hold sales and sell stuff that should go to the people that ordered it first and that was never fulfilled should have been the priority. I'll never order from your online store again!!!
