Bath & Body WorksReviews of bathandbodyworks.com

Stinky Feet “Corn Chips” is how to best describe walking into the store and the fall winter Bath & Body Works collection smell; hindsight, yearly, I regret not stocking up on the fresh summer small hand sanitizers, such as apple smells. I have not bought any products from bath and body works from any state, because the fall and winter collection literally stinks!!! No christmas bath and body works stalking stuffers this year, because they smell musky, heavy - like feet:) loll This is the last store I walk into trying to find a fresh smell- I’m done. Vomit; It’s depressing:) Bath and body works is not reliable and is a waste of time:)

My orders have not arrived even though they have said all month they are coming. When I called they said well we can cancel and issue a refund but oh wait some of the items are not available now. Terrible customer service. I think they were not properly prepared for pandemic online ordering. Terrible

Waiting over a month for my package. Has always been there to track. Now the order disappeared. Looking like they're just out to take our money but doesn't care enough to let you know that the package is no longer coming. Getting too big to offer good service? Such a shame. What happened to this great company we used to know?

I ordered 12 hand Christmas hand soaps on thanksgiving day! I was supposed to get them by December 2nd! I called few times off course I have to be on hold around 1 hour each time, anyway on 12/18/20 I was told that they were going to re send my order and for sure I will get it on 12/22/20 nothing so I called again after Christmas and the told me January 11, 2021 and I can’t cancel the order! I had to wait till I got the soap take it back to the nearest bath and body works and return them! Sure I said it is not happening so I just called again 12/28/20 and I was just told that they never send the second order that was supposed to be send on 12/18/20! I am confused this people are professional liars or what? Terrible never again!

Placed an order on Boxing Day as I don’t live anywhere near a bath and body works. After placing the order of 4 shower gels I got an email saying that two of the shower gels were out of stock (this was an hour later). I wanted to try and add two other ones to my order but was unable. I didn’t want to pay that much for shipping for only two products so I phoned and cancel the order. Two days later I got an email saying that the Oder has been shipped. Confused I phone customer service. The lady was really nice but told me that there was nothing she could do as the order was already shipped. She said I could bring them into one of the store locations and return them (but I don’t live near one that’s why I placed the order online). I’m very frustrated as I have always loved Bath and Body Works, however I will not be ordering from them again as I feel like I got ripped off.

I placed my order online Nov 30th. Ordered a few gifts but mostly stuff for myself. My order was to arrive between Dec 4th - Dec 14th so I decided to postpone showering until I got my holiday fragrances. I really wanted to smell like gingerbread and spread Christmas cheer! Its nice to be fresh for the holidays!!! However, by December 16th I still didn’t have my order. I attempted to call customer service 3 times and was put on hold forever!! I have to much going on and hung up after a half hour! Finally I reached customer service. They said my package was “lost” then they said they could overnight my items. My response was “ um you can’t seem to get stuff to me in 3 weeks why would I believe you can get it to me in one day! “. I’ll take a refund! But ... now I STINK and no one wants to spend the holidays with me not even a Scrooge!! Thanks for the low self esteem BBW!!!!!

Placed a LARGE order at the end of November. All gifts! Imagine my disappointment when my husband opened a three-piece gift set to find one of the items missing. I called not once, but twice and waited FOREVER on hold to speak to someone. First time the rep said I would get a refund and a confirmation email would be sent. NO EMAIL. Second call, same thing. Still waiting for the confirmation of a refund. Not sure where their call center is but connection was very poor and difficult to understand the customer service reps. Awful online experience.

Don’t ever buy BBW gift-cards TRUST ME. My gift-card was stolen and used anonymously without my knowledge and when I called the customer service line. Guess how many times I called and explained what happened to me and asked for a replacement or a refund, took me 3 calls to have them answer and having to waste a hour and a HALF. They said “we cannon do anything about that and you need to contact a local store and corporate” that wasn’t the worst part. The worst part was when they cannot even do a simple job and give me my money back. There was $200 on the gift card and having to only spend it once and the balance was 106.01 then on December 21st a unknown person used all of the money I had on it and me finding out on the day after calling customer service and getting treated like it was my fault.... they said “I’ll send you a replacement E-gift card in the next 72 hours and having to wait 4 days and for what. NOTHING so please for the love of god don’t buy their gift-cards without knowing the customer services are HORRIBLE. Also all of that 106.01 I cannot even get back now and was planning to use it on SAS is now gone and I cannot do anything to have anybody believe me and my situation. The gift card was a gift and now I feel responsible for what I could’ve done. So thanks BBW. Used to be my favorite store, no longer
