I ordered four products on January 5th in which they took the money out of my account. After waiting until the 18th, they cancelled two of the products on my order and reported they would refund the shipping due to waiting so long. I've still yet to receive the refund for the two cancelled products. I contacted their customer service only to be told they didn't take the money out of my account. I've got my statements to prove otherwise. My order for the other two products FINALLY arrived January 20th. I'll never buy online from this company again. Poor customer service all the way around.

Bath and Body sent my order to the wrong address and I have yet to receive credit or a refund. I've spoken with 4 or 5 representatives who've assured me that a refund was sent and I would receive an email confirmation. No refund and no email. The order was over 50 dollars. I think they intentionally lie to get customers to just give up. If the package is returned to UPS, they will be the recipients, not me. I've lived at this address for years and have ordered dozens of packages from them with no issues. I always double check the shipping address before clicking the order. The mistake was on their end, not mine. If they can't refund an order marked as "delivered", but not received, they should just be forthright and tell their patrons that. Dishonesty is not acceptable. I will never order online from them again.

Ordered candles on sale. Order was altered after paying. Only got one candle out of 10. With shipping on one candle not a deal. Total rip off! Will shop other sites in future.

This was the worst place I have ever ordered from I only ordered three things which was in stock at the time I placed my order and then boom here comes a email stating that one of my items were cancelled that I had already paid then don’t even talk about the shipping and handling this order really defeated the purpose of ordering if that was the case I could have just went in the store they don’t need a website cause when you order something there always canceling something at least Victoria secret tell you that there out of stock before you make a purchase

The money was taken from my account for my order on 12/20/2020, and one month later I still had not received my package. When I called to get a refund, I still had to pay for shipping. This was not the first time this happened. I would not recommend anyone ordering from this store, go in person if needed.

Bath & Body Works Customer Service is so awful I had to call over 20 times in a row getting Useless and incompetent People that do nothing but lie to You, hang up on You and not offer any compensation after going through a nightmare of an order because the useless incompetence working in their warehouse cannot even package a Box properly and support glass Candles etc. I hate Bath & Body Works so much it’s not even funny. It literally took 20 calls just to get a refund for a friggin Beyond damaged Candle I had ordered for a Friends Birthday... SMDH

I placed an order on the 1/09/21 for 6 candles. Today 1/16/21 I received an email saying that one of the candles will not be delivered and not to mention that all the rest of candles will be delivered separately!!!!! This makes the second time this has happened to me. Needless to say I will never order online again with bath and body works

We visited the Steinway in Astoria New York location in the afternoon of January 13, 2020. The store is clean, organized, and have helpful greeters however the male who checked us out was unwelcoming. He did not say hello or greet us in any way as we approached the desk to check out. As he rung up our purchases we waited for some semblance of politeness and received the cold shoulder. Nor did he say goodbye as we departed. We found his attitude to be unwelcoming. This employee, male possibly African American or Latino ruined what was a 5 star visit to a 2. Employees should be trained to greet all customers and to have a welcoming disposition. We were not pleased.
