I had a wonderful experience with the girls at the Clairmont store. I am unable to lift much weight and the girls were kind enough to put my items in my truck. I was treated with the utmost respect with kindness and sincerity. Products are great but bath and body works online is absolutely horrible. They do not update anything on your order status and they are never correct on the estimated delivery time frame. They charge for shipping unless there is a promo available. You can contact corporate and it does no good. We pay out our butts for these products and yet receive little to no customer service what so ever. I'm not even upset. Just some communication about where my package is would be nice. Respond to emails or phone calls. That's all.

This is the only place that charges for shipping and takes 2-3 weeks to get your products. I do not understand why it takes this long to get my stuff I placed an order on 4-4-21 and still haven’t gotten my stuff I can’t even check shipping because it’s not there!!! (This happens every time I order online) If they can’t keep up with their large orders when running sales, then they need to offer free shipping! It should NEVER take 3 weeks to get your product. Also I don’t like how you can’t use multiple coupons on 1 order. But you can in the store??! Their products smell amazing but DEFINITELY over priced!!

the shipping estimate is not accurate

Shipping and delivery is always an issue. Order placed on 4\4\21-original delivery date was set for the 9th. Contacted customer service on the 10th when not received and was told a delivery date of the 14th. Then, I get a notification from BBW on the 14th that says arriving on the 17th- like come on. It's the principle for me like how do you constantly conduct business this way? This has happened to me 4 other times with them. DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR SHIPPING METHODS!

Beware when ordering Wallflowers online. Product is not wrapped or protected in any way before shipping. I just received an order and when I opened the box, it was a hot mess! No bags. No wrap. No protection for the 20+ glass bottles of product. Nothing broke, but product leaked through to the bottom of the box and now I have several partially filled bottles. Whenever I buy something in the store, it is carefully wrapped and placed in a bag. Wonder why their shipping process is so careless.
