I bought three three wick candles and they all smelled like absolutely nothing they burned uneven the whole time and then at about 3/4 of the way down they just wouldn't light anymore they're the worst candles I have ever bought the cheap ones at Walmart or better. Very frustrated

Hello My Beautiful Body And Bath Family! My favorite store will always be in Valparaiso Indiana. It's my to go store and the staff are just so nice! If I'm given the chance to do reviews, I promise to be fair and partial so that means I will go to all stores closer to my area. Now with that being said, one of my favorite products is the room scents. Champagne Toast has such a awesome scent and it does last awhile and yes my friends the scent travels into other rooms. I would highly recommend this scent!

I have no complaints about B&BW. I am a big fan or the candles, hand soap, room spray and sanitizer. In the whole entire store, there’s not one fragrance that I don’t like. They’re all amazing. The hand soaps and creams are not sticky like most brands and it leaves your hands so soft. My husband even uses the hand soaps instead of they typical soap I keep at home. The whole time I’m wondering where has all my hand soap disappeared to, IT WAS HIM!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I don't know if they changed their shipping process in the recent past, but for such a well known company, their shipping is crazy stupid. They'll send it when they want to and not before.their shipping times listed are a blast from the past. It should read, "We have no idea when you'll get it, but shut up and wait... and wait... and wait." Currently like ordering from a company without any experience in shipping. This company has zero ability to ship and zero cares about it. I had thought of ordering for Mother's Day, but then remembered it probably wouldn't be there till the 4th of July. They cannot possibly just be this incompetent. It is so bad, it has to be intentionally negligent.

This company should be put out of business. Their customer service is zero. I printed two gift cards from them for my nieces. Since they were in paper form and due to Covid, the actual card would not be shipped. I went to store to change the paper for the actual card and I was told that I cannot do it. I have to buy their crap. They could not change the paper for the actual card, so I can give it to my nieces. I do not know what is the issue since William Sonoma, Pottery Barns, Victoria Secret changed the paper for the actual card and I have done this on numerous stores but Bath & Body said No. I contacted my credit card company and they will change these for another store for me. I am taking my money somewhere else that they care. I also advised my nieces, and they decided not to shop there either. I will try to encourage people to take their money somewhere else. Bath & Body Works stock is going to be pummeled. I will encourage Reditt community to take action too.
