I ordered candles about a month ago and still didnt get them

I'm SO DONE! I spend HUNDREDS of dollars per year with Bath & Body Works and their online service stinks! I place an order and BOOM! The next day? I get a lovely little email of "Hey! If you place an order today, we'll give you a free gift!" Well forget them! If I was a valued customer, they would have offered me a free gift for ordering $160 worth of their OVER PRICED crap! NO MORE! #DONE!

I started shopping @ Bath & Body Works couple months back. Staff is always friendly & Welcoming when I come. I ordered off the site twice 1st time FedEx claim to deliver my package but never got it called BBW they sent replacement with no problem. Their wallflowers are horrible only smell they the scent for a week nothing after that. Their candles ain't all that barely smell anything, the car air freshener are good. I will stick to just buying smell goods & nothing else.

Bath and body works has some of the nicest smelling items available for great prices. My favorite is the Japanese Cherry Blossom! I absolutely LOVE it, can’t get enough! When I am asked what I want for Christmas or my birthday, I always ask for Bath and Body works Japanese Cherry Blossom! I also love the Merlot fragrances! It’s a difficult choice, but either makes me happy! The lotion makes my skin so soft as well as fragrant. The body spray is so refreshing and the hand wash fragrance lasts all day! Just yummy! I am always happy when I get some products from Bath and Body Works!

I bought 20 candles this past winter season. And only a few smelled. The rest, the scent was non existent. I noticed the Sonoma candle I bought from kohls was super fragrant! So I'll be sticking with kohls candles from now on.

I read the previous reviews and noticed it was really negative. I was worried about my order but it came in today and I'm compelled to write a review. My order took 3days to arrive. Great! Contents: 3 body wash, 4 mini hand sanitizer. All in excellent condition, looking as they would in the shop. Packing slip included for you to check off your order and a welcome card from Bath & Body works. The only thing I will say is the packing of the products could have been done with shipping in mind. Wrapped in bubble wrap comes to mind to prevent the bottles from splitting if a heavy box is put in n top by the carrier etc. I had some crumpled paper so the items wouldn't move, luckily I had no damage, but wrapping the bottles in bubble wrap would go a long way for protection. I've enjoyed B&BW products for years in the states and was quite alarmed with the negative reviews. Luckily my experience was not. Hopefully the company addresses the complaints of the others. I hope the negative experiences of the others are addressed. I really have enjoyed the products for years and will say if you have a chance to go to the physical shop I'd truly recommend that you go. It's very nice, I've always walked out with a few products.

Being a fan of BBW I ignored their failing for last year's online shopping. However this Sunday we visited Cambridge Mall as we are about to relocate their. The lady at BBW suddenly came over to us and at the top of her volume started accusing us of using the creams which she will have to remove from the shelves while we were actually testing the testers of men's perfume. First we didn't understand what she was saying as we weren't even looking at her. Then we told her repeatedly that we used the testers and no cream but she insisted. Then she realized her mistake when she saw my husband's dry hands. We walked out without buying anything from there and hopefully won't be going there again.

I'm not writing to complain Christmas of 2017.I was shopping in Bath & Body store Warren MI. (Hoover &11 mile).in the clarence basket.a fragrance lotion (Snowflake Cashmere)(Sparkly Nights). they smell so good.I was wondering do you still have those 2 fragrance. Thank you
