I placed an order today not realizing I didn't put my dad's PO Box on the order. Called customer service to change the address, the address couldn't be changed. Ask to speak with a supervisor, instead of the representative allowing me to speak with the supervisor. he spoke with the supervisor himself. Wasn't professional at all. If I ask to speak with a supervisor. this is what I expect to happen.

Price of hand soap is outrageous. Sale price $3.95. Holy crap! I understand inflation and the need to make a profit, but come on. Unacceptable and won't purchase anymore

Terrible and poor customer service in Australia. I paid for the promotion buy 2 get 1 free. I bought two but they shipped without 1 free item. I contacted customer service regarding this issue. I was advised that this was my fault as I had not clicked the "free item" on check out. I have to say that I was not aware that this was required and I cannot remember seeing instructions advising the same when I checked out. Where I have purchased items previously from other websites that offer these types of promotions, the "free item" has automatically been added if the correct number of items have been purchased. They ripped my money off. The product was good but there are many choices in the market that I would go for it.

I recieved my shipment and one candle was busted beyond usable and i have sent several emails to try to get this resolved and cannot even get a response. I will not be paying this pricey cost for more which is sad because i really like your candles. The candle had to be packaged into the shipper that way from the factory as the outer box had no damage and the other candles were fine. At 25 dollars a candle, i will go else where.

Bathandbodyworks.com is the most poorly designed website I have ever come across. I love their products, but have had nothing but a bad experience each time I order. The site allows you to add products to your cart, check out (payment and shipping), and minutes later you receive an email stating that items in your order have been cancelled as they are out of stock. Yesterday was the third time, and all of my items were cancelled. I don’t understand why they aren’t advertised as “out of stock” on the site.

I order alot. Love the wallflowers. The last 2 shipments the product boxes are either cracked or missing the lids on wallflowers. Don't think they broke during transit as it's packaged well. I will continue to order in the future but would appreciate my products to be in good condition.
