Terrible customer service. The lady was and not helpful. I ordered two items and found out they didnt have one in stock. So i called to cancelled and she said i couldn't.... i will never order anything again.

They shipped my order with crappy ass lasership, claimed they tried to deliver my package and I'm sitting in the house. Now I'm trying to find out where my package is and the customer rep had the nerve to hang up the phone like I was bothering him for wanting to know where my dam package is. I'm done with online ordering from them, I'll take my chances in the store.

Order#64604983 Absolutely horrific experience!! I placed an order a year ago and it still has not been delivered! I have spoken to countless customer service people on the phone who have not been able to re-ship my order or give me back my money! I have proof and receipts of everything. I finally spoke to a customer service representative today and they told me to go to the closest Bath & Body Works near me and they will be able to give me my order/refund my money. I went to my closest store and they said they do not handle online orders and that they could not help me!! An entire year later and still no order or refund. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Customer service sucks over the phone. They sound sluggish and Sleepy half the time. On top of that, they shipping SUCKS! It’s slow and takes literally 3 plus weeks to get to you 🙄 it’s not like it’s free shipping, it was $5.99 shipping. I guarantee once my shipment gets here, I’m returning it!! I regret ever giving this place my business, lesson learned.

After shopping with B&B Works for yrs I am very unhappy with the way you do business. I went to your store to purchase a few fragrances advertised on your site on sale, but once in the store I was told they just sold out of the Sale Product, BUT I COULD BUY THE SAME PRODUCT AT REGULAR PRICE?? It was explain the difference was the packaging???SAME PRODUCT I CALL THIS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT Was Not Happy. Neither was I Happy With The Manager Who Was Rude , And Thought It Was Funny, As She Told Me To Order Online. Well As Much As I Love Japanese Cherry Blossom I'll Have Find Me A New Fragrance. This Is The Second Time I've Bren Fooled By Your Advertising One Thing Only To Get There And Be Told Wr Just Sold Out, And You Can Buy The SAME PRODUCT At The REGULAR Price. Because The Packaging WAS DIFFERENT???

The company it self not bad.. the issue is with the company they use for shipping.!! MY ITEMS TAKE FOREVER... and just cuz someone make a mistake with the items a bought and send back my items causing a delay on my shipping... I couldn't give my items as a gift on time because this issue.. very,very disappointed with bed bath and body work😤😤😤😤 called customer service and this person wasn't able to help me.. he doesn't know even what's going on.. !! Unbelievable this customer service... awful.

It is stunning in today's era of endless aisle online shopping that Bath & Body Works has such HORRID shipping! Multiple times over the course of a month I had to call about my order, and each time I was assured it was shipping. Zero confirmations, zero updates, zero deliveries and one very frustrated customer later, I finally had to cancel my order only to have them only refund HALF of my purchase price triggering yet ANOTHER call to their customer service team. As alluring as Bath & Body Works' sales and site are, I'd advise you save yourself the frustration (not to mention expense!) and visit a local shop for something from Scentsy, Woodwick, Febreeze or any of the other myriad competitors. Bath & Body Works cares more about profit than customers, and that doesn't smell good for anyone.

The worst shipping ever!! Products just throw in the box!!! No bubble wrap no shrink wrap!! The whole box smells disgusting !! Scents all mixed together very off putting!
