I recently began placing pick up orders from Bath and Body works. A buyer can save the shipping cost by ordering pick up in the store. The down side is the store will cancel your order in 2 days if you do not pick up order. If you are buying an item at sale price you lose the value until it goes on sale again which may be out of stock by then. This practice is totally unacceptable. Two days for pick up is unfair, bad business practice I say. Now, I am stuck without my products I ordered or either the choice to order them at market rate. Victoria Secret, in your re-branding launch, please do better for your cardholders. Cordially. Recent update I was able to chat with a representative who was able to assist with this issue. I have ordered my products and is very satisfied with assistance received.

Bath and body works is so terrible now with their new scents they keep pushing out the retired scents and keep making these new nasty smells the packaging isn’t even cute! And they smell really bad

Have you noticed that all their colognes and scented products now smell alike? An overly sweet, cloying scent its all about the same.

I recently tried to buy a halloween plug in that was advertised on line as recently as july 28,2021.It is already unavailable.I cannot get my local Bath and Body works store on the phone because the automated message doesnot allow me to,then disconnects!I traveled 25 miles one way to see if it was in the store,but it wasnot! Iasked the manager if any more were coming in and she said we get deliveries on monday and thursday.I asked her if she could,in fact,tellme if there were any in the delivery coming in on august1,2021.She looked it up and said there were 2! I gave her my phone# and asked if she could call me and I would come right down.She said yes.This was yesterday aug.1,2021. We did get the call and drove down once again 25 miles only to find out that what we showed her and explained her was a item that had nothing to do with the plug in that we wanted! She them says Oh!that item is not available anymore! I already told her that 3 days ago! What kind of store managers are they hiring who do not have a clue as to what their products are and to waste my time and expensive gas money with no sympathy for the aggravation she put me through.I am finished with Bath and Body Works! Also customers beware!! their candles are parafin based which contain benzene,a known by product of petroleum and a known carcinogen.Every time you think you deriving pleasure from smelling the candles you are increasing your chances for cancer! So I received a card in the mail for one free full sized item up to $15. I chose my item and added it to the cart. Shipping showed 5.99. Entered the coupon code, did NOT enter my location yet and shipping INCREASED by a full $5 to 10.99. What kind of scam is this! And there is no way to chat or email customer service on a Sunday apparently. They’ve lost my business with this shady practice.

Made a huge $200 order online. And I guess they had a glitch over the weekend and they never told me so my order didn't go through. So I didn't get all my Halloween stuff and I had to order it from resellers because now I can't get it at all. I talked to some of the retailers on eBay and they literally bought 20 of highly sought items. I even went on at 3:00 in the morning the first day of the launch to buy everything they got screwed out of it but other resellers could buy 20 of The wallflowers. They never even apologize to me and the only thing they'd offer was to give me my coupon. But the coupon they gave me I had spend $50. So it was a crappy coupon they wouldn't even give me the coupon originally had! It literally took 3 hours and five calls to fix my order because the website was glitching so bad. Oh and then one of the ladies completely lied to me and she was working at home you could hear a kid screaming in the background. So you're so desperate for employees your people working for home that's so unprofessional and probably stealing credit card numbers. She said they would send me a gift card for the inconvenience but she lied about it because there was no record it look like I was lying. Then I got people from Nigeria? that I could barely understand and they didn't really speak English so it was really frustrating and they made multiple errors. They didn't know what they were doing at all or even the products. And then I went in the store because they won't tell me what they have in over the phone even though I have a disabled child and it's really hard for me to go. And this is literally the third time they have run me up for items I didn't receive. Like the person ringing me up wasn't paying attention and they ring me up for an extra $60 but told me not to worry about it that it would drop off with the coupon which wasn't true. And I had to drive back and it look like I was lying because this person put it in three transactions for some reason I don't know. Why would you ReRe multiple items that you already rang up? The only time I've ever seen that happened was when the employee was stealing that way they could level out their inventory but the person I don't think knew what they were doing. And they never even apologized!!!! Like bath & body works used to have great customer service now their employees don't even care and they're rude and they don't know how to do their job and they don't even pay attention. When I was a cashier I'd always matched the items with the item numbers in the bag and on the register. I've driven to bath and body works six times when they told me they put specific item on hold and then it wouldn't be on hold or they had no idea what I was talking about or they forgot to put it on hold so I had to drive clear across town for 2 hours. Like I don't know if they think it's funny to make someone drive that far. And I had to have someone watch my disabled child and I had to pay them so I lost money out that way not to mention the gas money. And they just don't care. Like I was so frustrated today I broke down and cried because it took hours to fix all their mistakes. I'm definitely not spending all the money I used to do and I used to spend thousands and thousands. But after getting treated like sh#t every single time and having to cry for people trying to rip you off I don't know if it's worth it. and now their candles when they burn they smell like burning lead like something's wrong with the wicks and it smells like burning plastic so they've definitely change the formula. I mean you saw the video were they were fighting people in their store. Like those are the people you hire? They did so many inappropriate things in that video. I worked at the mall 13 years you let security to do that. I literally had a drunk guy try to punch me in the face that came in at 3:00 in the morning because we were open that late at my job. We were right next to a bar and he was just an angry drunk and didn't like women. Did I hit him back? no I walked out. And seriously like they don't know simple words like they don't know what pedestal means. Like and it's just not one employee it's multiple employees. Like they don't even know the terminology. Ugh.

Ordered some candles. 3 were okay. One had bubble wrap around the middle and the lid end. No bubble wrap on the glass bottom end. The glass on the unwrapped end came crushed and broken into tiny slivers! The inside of the box was not bubble wrapped on all 4 sides but only 2 sides! Plus I have to pay to send it back which is not reimbursable. Will never order here again.

I get accidents happen but I will never order online again. I ordered two items almost $100. I reveived another customer's order in error. First I was told to take the order into the store they can ship to correct person as my order is in progress. I called back to verify it was being shipped to me not the other person. It isn't being shipped to me. My items are out of stock and can't re ship. Plus, it takes 3-5 days to be refunded. If it was $25 may not be a big deal. But $94.00 is. I will need to shop in store from now on.
