Came into the store for the holiday scents and was looking around and decided to purchase a few products. As I was waiting in line to pay for my purchase, a manager or someone close to that comes up to an employee (cashier) and tells her to leave to go do something and mind you ( she’s still checking another customer) there’s plenty of other employees standing around not doing anything. She could’ve ask the other people but no. Maybe it’s just me but I see a racial thing going on here as she is the only Asian employee I see. Btw. I’m caucasian. Or maybe it’s a power trip but it made me feel uncomfortable because the cashier felt embarrassed due to the fact that she did this in front of other employees and customers as well so I just left and won’t support a company that condones such things. Corporate needs to look into this place and see what is going on because you can tell when you’ve been shopping here for quite a while that there are always new employees. You don’t see the same employee twice, besides the manager.

Don’t order online go to the store. Ordered candles September 9th. Package arrives September 24 and it’s hand sanitizer. Now I’m waiting even longer receive candles. Slow shipping and wrong product shipped. It’s ridiculous it’s taking this long. And 2 items where cancelled from order. Wish I just drove hour to nearest store.

I just received my package today, I noticed the package smelled like one of my scents I ordered it leaked in the box and it damaged one of my sprays but not too bad. I called and and asked for another one and they kindly replaced it with a new fragrance that I ordered before! The lady was very kind and polite thank you B&Bw! Great service 👍🏻👍🏻 Don’t know exactly what happened in the shipping department but thankful bath and body works replaced it for me!

I’m a sucker !! I love B&BW however I will not buy from their online store EVER its a scam. They sell products they don’t have and then they hold onto your money for a few weeks. Then they say they will deposit your money back but it can take up to a week. They will also tell you they have sent the items but in reality they didn’t. They will tell you they no longer have the stock because of overwhelming demands this is just one of the excuses they will give. I was surprised that a big company would practice this way but they do. You should be ashamed of yourselves and I wonder if the USA stores act like this? It’s such a shame we cannot purchase from the US site. This has happened to me a few time but not anymore.

They canceled 1/3 of my order. When I talked to one representative "they weren't available at the time the order was fulfilled but she could replace the order now". - they were canceled that morning, and available that morning? The next associate assured me they were really unavailable - So either one or both of them were lying.

Bath & Body Works use to be my favorite store. The quality of service has significantly changed over the past year. I ordered numerous items and received confirmation and processing of said order within a day. However, it took a week for my order to ship which would have been fine if it had not been for several items now being out of stock in my order. Contacting customer service about my concerns was not easy as their phone number remained constant busy for many hours. Further, the emails one cannot respond to either which did not use to be the case. And, using the online chat is definitely not user friendly and basically useless. I informed the customer service person on the other side that I felt if my order had been shipped at a more appropriate time that my order would be fillable as my items were all available when my order was received, paid for, and processed the week prior. I was not given any adequate answer about this and will not be buying anymore from Bath & Body Works. Received from customer service was like ahh sorry oh well! Appeared like very young and inexperienced person.

Bath and body works has really changed. I don't get coupons anymore, and they no longer have buy two get one free. They changed it to buy three get one free and they have raised their prices by a lot. It costs like $ 52.00 to purchase 3 items in the body care line now. Kind of crazy. Also, the shopping experience is not so good either. They harass the hell out of you while shopping. Not so good anymore. For that price I would rather go to a nice department store and buy some good perfume that lasts.

Love this place there proceses and there Seles are amazing!!! Love love love!!!!!
