Other than slow-ish shipping (this isn’t Prime 2-3 day) so far my experiences have been pretty awesome. I have completed 7 multi-item purchases, 4 online & 3 in-store, and have done 2 exchanges. Even on sale B&BW products are a little expensive, but you get what you pay for as they sell quality products. Also there have been no errors and customer service has been excellent. Hopefully this is the norm, I’m expecting an online candle order delivery next week :)

I have been a long time customer of Bath and Body Works and after my most recent experience, I will NEVER AGAIN shop there and I will tell all my friends and family NOT to shop there. I purchased several candles and hand soaps on August 15th when the candles were $12.95 to be ordered online for store pickup. After I submitted my order and paid I waited for an email confirmation for days, never came BUT YOU DID INDEED CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD!!!!!!!!!!!! After reading some recent review of online purchases It became clear everyone working there has dropped the ball and several people experienced the same issue. I called customer service where a rude woman seemed to think I was lying about my order because she could not find the order number, I told her I NEVER GOT A CONFIRMATION BUT YOU SURE ENOUGH CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD....THAT IS JUST STEALING!!!!!!!!! I was given a confirmation number of 210821-001222 and was told I would receive a call....never did. I had to call my credit card company who took care of this right away. Now the difference here is the quality of customer service, all you people have a had over a year to be lazy and slack so now its time FOR YOU ALL TO GET BACK TO WORK AND REALIZE HOW YOUR LACK OF PRODUCTIVITY AFFECTS OTHERS! Never again and it's a shame I have spent a LOT of money in your stores.

I love bath and body works fragrances and air care products..my home smells amazing with the plugins I recently purchased and I plan on buying more products...Bath and body works has great deals and coupons and I'm always looking forward to what they have coming each time that's new .

I am writing a review because I feel a bit disappointed in how they run their company in regards to who and how it's decided when not to carry a product any longer, My favorite pump soap was called Fiji Island Sands, it was such a wonderful smell and loved the way it felt after cleansing my hands. Now apparently, they don't carry this product anymore. Disappointing to say the least. I wish companies like Bath and Body Works, keep popular soaps that people really like and quit changing a good thing. This store is located in Canada, in the Abbotsford Mall.

I’ve absolutely had it with Bath and Body Works’. I placed an order on July 27th, and almost 2 weeks ago now, my package got damaged and had to be returned. So, I contacted them and they told me they could reship it. That was about 4 days ago. Just tracked my package, and now it says a “service disruption occurred” and it’s being sent back AGAIN. I just said I’m done and asked for a refund this time. Ridiculous.
