Love Bath and Body products and have ordered from them many times. However, this last delivery was unacceptable. The box with my order totaling $91 was left leaning aganist my mailbox at the street curb at around five in the evening right around dusk. I've never seen such a lazy, lousy delivery in my life. I'll never order from this company again.

I ordered a few products on Amazon and didn't care for the smell. BBW was able to do a few exchanges with no issues. I'm addicted to BBW. No matter what state I go into the staff is always friendly. I did have 3 encounters with 3 different employees but it was handled very quickly and professionally with the supervisor.

I order body lotion last week after complete my order a couple of days after I received email that my order cancelled no reason given , my transaction/payment already processed. I will not purchase any product again 😞 I am sure the refund takes time to be back to my account it's very disappointing and VERY upsetting.

I have shopped at B&BW for years. I love the products and I love the friendly service in stores, but I was sorely disappointed in their customer service over the phone. Even though I had picked up my items and paid for them, I kept getting emails that I hadn't picked them up and they were cancelling my order. The store said everything was good on their end, so I called the customer service line. The man who answered could barely speak English. I couldn't understand him and he couldn't understand me, so things got heated. He kept saying they hadn't charged me even though I was looking at the cleared check right on my banking app. He kept arguing with me and I eventually just hung up because I wasn't getting anywhere with him. I wanted to post this review because I know you send them to the company. My comment to them is that you can't call it customer service if you outsource or hire people that can't even comprehend what's going on. We spend a lot of money in your store and we deserve good customer service.

Do not shop online for Bath & Body Works!!! I ordered 12 hand soaps, all of which the website showed were in stock. I never got my order. When I contacted them, the online chat rep had no idea what she was doing. The phone reps I spoke to following the chat were much more knowledgable and helpful. However, my order had been cancelled, and I wasn't even notified about it. Apparently, all 12 different soaps I ordered were out of stock, although all 12 showed in stock online. These were Christmas gifts that I never got. They tried to send me the same coupon for 20% that I used for the order, instead of compensating me for all the grief accompanying this order that never happened. I will never shop Bath & Body, again. Besides, their sale price on soaps are still getting to be way too outrageous on the price.

I recently bought a new fragrance body cream that I absolutely love!! I bought the ivory cashmere. It reminds me of being wrapped up in my warm blanket nestled up on the couch with the blazing fireplace going☕.

This online site double charged me for an order completed month before. They charged me a highwr amount and paypal stole my money for it but it was a higher amount than was originally authorized and they had already completed the sale and deducted money a month before! I had the items! A company does mot ship before its been paid! And thebitems were seasonal and no longer available for purchase at the time of the second charge plus the tracking they provided to paypal was from a month earlier! They stole my last $60 from a disabled woman I couldnt buy my meds or food and my bank overdrafted me because of their theft! Have filed with two attorney generals and the fbi for internet crimes, stay away from this site!
