Bath and Body Works suck rocks!!!! After they solicit a sale on my private e-mail, they ship my ENTIRE 22 pound order somewhere else and give me a little 4 pound box with someone else's packing list and products in it!!!!! Who ever got my package, which Bath and Body has NO idea who, they are getting 22 pounds worth of hand soaps!!!! And now the products are out of stock!!!!! Absolutely the WORST company in the USA to try to shop with!!!!! Horrible customer service, after 75 minutes on the phone I was able to get a refund which I will not really get for another week. They take payments IMMEDIATELY but make their customers wait for a refund!!! Lousy business practices all the way around!!!!

never buy from this company. I paid for my stuff and they "sent" my package, due on november 16th. November 18 comes around and i contact them because i havnt gotten my stuff. They tell me that I have to wait until the 26th to get a refund. Today is the 29th, i contacted them and they told me i have to wait 2 more days to get a refund. Do not spend money with this company, they are an absolute con.

Always love the sent of midnight pomegranate perfume and candle and body lotions . Last time when I checked they discontinued selling it on shops unfortunately . Japanese Cherry blossom will be my second choice. I would say buying at sales season would be really worth it . I would prefer this over body shop products.

Bath and Body works store was charged twice and now 12 days later told it will still take 7-10 days business days to reverse the transaction. Don't ever pay by debit card/credit card use cash only as you can't trust them.

Bath & Body Works on Chisholm Trail has the worst sales people ever. First I had to take my candles out of the candle holder carton because her fake nails were so long. Then they would not honor a 20% coupon that expired 2 days ago. I called BBW customer service and they said it was still the store’s policy to honor a 3 day grace period. They still wouldn’t honor it so I asked for my coupon back and took it to another store that graciously honored the coupon.

Had their $2.95 soap deal, but everything was sold out online and I was not going to spend the time waiting in line in store, which was absolutely crazy!! Then the next day, when the sale was over, everything I wanted was available... hmm... crooked company!!

The app does not work at all. It glitches none stop there is something very wrong with it.

Place and order, paid via PayPal, they cancelled the order. Chatted with customer service representative to be told that I needed to contact an 800 number to verify my info. The funny thing is the order was $56.00 and cents, with code came to $26.00 and cents. No more business with this company. What a shame!
