Where to start ! I had a $50 gift card I used online at check out said your order has been placed but never got a email confirmation. So I called and live chatted they said there was a technical error when I placed my order and it can not be found !! Online chat said I would be reissued a gift card through email but over phone said no I wouldn’t be reissued a gift card and that I’m out $40 from the gift card. Alls they offered is 20% off order and free shipping but still honored the mens 50% after switching it back to normal price. They are thieves unbelievable terrible customer service ! So just beware everyone that’s what they do to there customers if this happens to you !

I purchased Bath and Body wallflower with their refill. Upon waking up I noticed the finish on my buffet was completely gone!!!! I looked above it and saw the wallflower and felt all oil on the glass of the refill,which was on the buffet. The oil on the buffet smelled like the lilac wallflower. I called Bath and Body and heard nothing from their insurance until I called them. GALLEGHER BASSET. SPOKE WITH A GIRL CHARMAINE WHO ALL SHE DID WAS ASKED FOR INFO, WHICH I GAVE HER. THEN ASK FOR MORE INFO. NOT TELLING ME THEY WOULDNT honor the claim not having the damaged piece. SHE DIDNT TELL ME THAT UNTIL. SHE made the decision. I would think if that was the determining factor then she didn't need any other info. Of course I threw it out fill of oil!!!!! Just BEAWARE IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU KEEP IT. They ARE NOT FOR THE CONSUMER!!! I BOUGHT $$$$$ OF ITEMS FROM THEM ONLINE AND IN STORE. THEY ARE COMPLETELY OFF MY PURCHASE LIST. ALL I WANTED WAS TO HAVE THEM PAY THE REFINISH BILL TO HAVE FIXED. I WOULD GIVE THEM A 0 NOT EVEN A 1 IF OFFERED!!!

Really disappointed with how my package was shipped. I ordered a candle, body wash, and wallflower for my mom's birthday. I recieved the package on time with the correct items, but the wallflower was ripped open and the candle had some oil spilled all over the outside of it's box. This was a gift and it looks disappointing because they didn't put any care into packing the order. A nice bath shop opened in my own town, so I may start shopping there if this is the kind of care B&B employees have.

So I've shopped B&BW for many years and have many favorite products, but only recently, everything has seemed to decline in quality. Wallflowers barely put out a scent! Not to mention, if you order online and try to use your multiple rewards, you will indeed likely get cheated out of em... I placed my 2nd to last order of body wash and pump soaps, using not only the current sale price, but rewards and extras I had saved up, only to have the order get cancelled a few days later (after the rewards had expired, of course). This has now happened twice -- makes one wonder 🤔 I'm starting to guess their profits are dropping and quality, and customer earned discounts, among other things, are suffering...

I have to say this is the worst company I've ever done business with they teach you out of your rewards they cheat you any way they can you go in you show them that this item is reduced on your site and they go well we can't help you if you don't want to pay full price then there's nothing we can do for you this is one of the worst stores I've ever had to deal with and this isn't just over a week or two this is been proceeding for the last few years so I would tell anybody that's thinking of going to that business to get out don't do it their site crashes constantly and they tell me to enter my email address which they're sending me messages on and they said it doesn't exist less wexner had a good thing when he started it and then he got over his head with his crap that gave him bad press hanging out with child rapist so I'm done I don't care what they do I'll never go back there they cheat cheat everybody obviously they don't read the reviews because they very seldom get anything above a one

This was the first time calling customer relations at 800-395-1001 that is listed on the product. RUDE!!! I asked for a replacement of body wash that had leaked in my bag. The GIRL that I spoke with said to take it back to the store cuz she couldn't do anything. then, CLICK...how rude is that????

I shop here all the time n my husband calls me a junkie lol. I absolutely love the store here n the staff.. Well I just got an email about the rewards card to sign up for so I did. Why I haven't got before I dobr know??? I then placed an order that day n then went n picked it up n had my card scanned. A few days later I received my welcome n a $10 off $30 total but no points. I called several days later n talked to a man n he put 15pts on my card for a purchase of 15.93. I called this morning bc that does not add up to 10pts per $1.00 n should be 150pts. The lady I talked to this morning said bc I made the account the same day I placed the order I don't get points. I'm very upset about this as I've spent alot of money in the past n would've continued to but will not now n that's sad.. What kinda crap is that. So Bath n body works you've lost an excellent paying customer. A rewards card is a card n scanned is scanned. I've never heard anything like this ever. 😕. Where does it say you don't points if you make the order the same day? If I'd known that I would've waited n git another day. I'm disappointed in yall. One customer service puts 15pts on that can't multiply n then the next day the customer service tells me I don't get any. So, I'm confused but disappointed.

BBW has failed. They recently pushed their orders to Post office to add 10 days to their confirmed email tracking for delivery, then they play dumb. They became cheap liars. My orders are way delayed due to this. A major major major Class Action Suit is needed against them and against the Post Office in this, and it WILL HAPPEN- it's so clear. These cheap SOB nonstop. Where are the rest of you expecting me to save the world by myself? Go to Hell.
