I have been purchasing the Wallflowers for some time and I do love the smell. I plugged one in under a kitchen cupboard and one under a kitchen shelf. I dropped something and when I bent down to pick it up I noticed the light under my cupboard looked wet. I put my hand on the light and it was soaked! It was the liquid from the Wallflower! I went over to the shelf and looked under it and sure enough, that was soaked too! The shelf is ruined and I cannot get the liquid off. I wish they had told me not to install it in a plug under anything. Last week I also noticed the liquid dripped all over an area on my countertop so I am now putting paper towels under the Wallflower.

I received a package a few days ago that was not anything I had ordered. Of course, the outside labels had all of my info but the contents was nothing I had ordered. It did indeed contain the packing list with the correct purchasers information. Upon calling the Customer Service number to ask what I had to do to get this package returned to the company so they could get it sent to the correct person…..these were my 2 options - take it to my closest B&BW store ( MY time and MY gas) OR return it to the company…..again at MY expense to pay the shipping fee . This shipping error was not of my doing in any way, shape or form. I just wanted to do the “right” thing and not keep merchandise that I had not paid for. I wasn’t expecting to have to absorb all monetary costs to “fix” their error. Very Unsatisfactory Customer Service‼️

Bath and Body works’ new return/exchange policy is not customer friendly!! I was told by an associate during a sale to buy 2 of the same colognes and I could exchange them for another scent of same value when more stock came in. It appears that after more than 90days this is no longer true! The policy change was 1 month ago to the day. I will not shop there and tell all family and friends what poor customer service they have at the La Crosse, Wisconsin store and corporate.

I placed an order on Bath & Body Works website this morning, then found the same item for a much better price on Amazon, to be frank. So, literally, a few minutes after I had placed this order I reached out to Bath & Body's customer service, via online chat through their website, gave them my order # and requested it be canceled. After a moment the CSR typed back to me it was not possible to cancel the order; that I had to wait for it to arrive to my home and then I could send it back for a refund. Ok, so my first issue with this is the most obvious...why can an order not be canceled?? And my next issue is...this has to be a key fact Customer Service would be aware of if this is actually true so then why take my order # and shipping info for verification if you can't cancel it?? Not to mention, after the agent informed me of this, I questioned, 'why' and got a generic generated answer right before I was quickly disconnected from the chat. It was the equivalent of being hung up on had I been on the phone instead of an online chat! Honestly, I don't know that I've ever encountered a company that doesn't allow for cancellation if the order hasn't been shipped yet. And to top it all off, once I receive the order and go through the annoyance of re-boxing it and sending it right back to Bath & Body, they will refund me minus the shipping. Yeah. They don't refund you for that. And to think all of this could've been easily avoided had they simply canceled my order.

This is by far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I checked out only to be notified that they had removed items from my cart after I checked out as they had sold out yet they still charged me the order total as if the items had been purchased. I called, emailed, and had to live chat for 2 days before I finally received a response. Their customer services were incredibly unhelpful and rude. They said they would do noting. They accepted no fault. They did not apologise. They wouldn’t issue a refund. They told me that they would not cancel the order. They told me that I could not return the items in store. They told me I could only return the item via post via my own expense. This is straight fraud. I will never be shopping with this dishonest and dodgy company again.

This place should be called the Candle Shop. That's mainly what they sell. They have totally lost it! Very disappointed in Bath & Body Works!

I ordered 6 hand soap recently, at $3.50 each,that were delivered by Purolator. I'm assuming that"none" of the bottles were damaged when they were packaged... By the time I received them, 4 of the 6 had broken pumps!!! Bath and Body Works, please get another delivery service

I ordered on October 5th on the bath and body works Netherlands onlineshop and I had a good experience. Today, on October 10th I’ve received my parcel. Note that I live in Germany. All products were in an amazing condition. The only thing I think is a bit odd is, that they stuffed the empty room in my parcel with an old wrapping foil. At least it seems like it did. it’s job - protecting my products.
