Thank you for letting us know about your recent experience with the garment that you purchased from Bare Necessities. Our team of Bra Fit Experts is always happy to assist with the process of choosing the right styles and helping to determine your accurate size - but just like with jeans, or shoes, sometimes sizes can vary a bit, and not all styles will fit exactly the same. We are so sorry to hear of the discomfort you felt, and we never want our customers to be stuck with a garment they are not completely satisfied with. Just to clarify, our return policy is 60 days, not seven days - and as is clearly stated on our website, we have modified our return policy during the current pandemic situation so that any item purchased from January 1st through now can be returned through August 1st - which is among the most flexible policies you will find from any retailer. There is nothing more important to us than the loyalty of our customers, and we go above and beyond to ensure every individual we interact with is handled with care and empathy. Since we are currently receiving extremely high call volumes and an influx of emails, our Customer Service Team has been keenly focused on providing superior service to our customers who are reaching out during these trying times, and we apologize that we have not yet had the chance to publish your product review, but we will certainly do so as soon as possible.

Thank you for providing your valuable feedback regarding your recent experience with Bare Necessities. We sincerely apologize that your parcel was damaged in transit by the carrier, but upon reviewing your order we do see that you were issued a full refund just a few days after posting this review. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding service to every single one of our customers, and are regretful that we were experiencing such high volumes of emails at the time you corresponded with us due to the pandemic that it took a few days to process your request. We do handle all inquiries in the order they are received, and are receiving quadruple as many customer contacts as we normally do, so we certainly appreciate the patience of our loyal customers during this trying time. We hope that you will continue to shop with Bare Necessities in the future - as you have for the past several years - so that we may again have the opportunity to assist you with your intimate apparel needs.

Thank you for providing your feedback regarding your recent order. We certainly regret that the item you were hoping to order was not available when you placed your order, but any time a product is not available for immediate shipment, it is clearly stated in bold print on the product page, as well as during the checkout process. We would never want to mislead our customers into thinking a product is available for immediate shipment if it is not in our warehouse and available for processing at that time. We are sorry to hear that there was an issue with the processing of your payment, but especially with a password protected form of payment like PayPal, it is of utmost importance to us to ensure the security of our customers' accounts. The authorization does take a few moments to process since our system communicates electronically with the financial institution that holds your account to verify that the funds are available to cover the purchase. This is standard practice for most retailers, and we certainly do apologize if that posed an inconvenience for you.

We are so sorry to hear that you encountered difficulty when attempting to contact us regarding your recent order. As you are probably aware, many online retailers are experiencing extremely high call and email volumes during the current pandemic situation. Our Customer Service Team is currently working remotely as per state restrictions, and they are working tirelessly to still provide outstanding service to each and every customer. We certainly would have waived a return shipping fee if you erroneously received an item that was not what you had ordered, and apologize for any inconvenience. We value you as a customer, and hope you will reconsider and return to shop with Bare Necessities again in the future.
