My bras arrived on time and in great condition. They were exactly what I needed..Great price.Great fit.I have an unusual size and Bare Necessities had what I wanted in abundance.
Little problem with the delivery method. I called to let them know and later that day someone called me back and apologized and resolved the situation. Very professional. I will definitely shop this site again.

Great Products, Exceptional Service
First, although I try to be fanatically local with my retail, ‘my’ bras aren’t available here. So you’ve gotten me to shop online. Happily!
Second, although Panache is a brand I know, love and have chosen time and again for 20 years (I’m a 36 GG), one of the four bras (sadly, the lovely Corinne) doesn’t fit. So I chose option 4 and spoke to Ashley. She was not just great, she was perfect! I had - essentially - a personal, instore-like experience _with someone who knew exactly what I was talking about_!! Wow!
Guess what? I’m going to return the Corinne and order both a Panache Clara and a Freya Fantasie. I may even get adventurous and order some pretty panties, too!
Please give Ashley kudos galore (and a bonus if that’s a policy). And kudos to Bare Necessities (I trust that more business is just the ‘bonus’ you’d like)!!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased 2 bras in the size I normally wear. Unfortunately the fit was off. Spoke with a fitting associate and she was so helpful. Reordered in two different sizes and found the perfect fit. I was very happy how quickly the replacement sizes were mailed.
When I called to get a return label there was no hesitation.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BARE NECESSITIES.

Changing my review
My original review was 1 star because FedEx screwed up the delivery. However, the bikini i ordered and Bare Necessities, get 5 stars. I LOVE the fit of the top, exactly like my bras. I usually have a hard time finding tops that work and was expecting to have to return this one since I couldn't try it on first. But WOW, it is perfect, true to fit. And is really cute.

Bare necessities returns
I ordered 3 different bras. 2 bras were good and fit correctly. The 3rd bra took over a month to arrive and didn't fit correctly. When I called customer service to return the bra,the representative was curt and would not listen to me and made the return very difficult. Their product may be ok just hope you don't have to return it. After receiving their response, the company is making everything right and I will do business with them in the future.

Bra Fit Expert Justina was amazing
Bra Fit Expert Justina was amazing! She was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me feel like I wasn't alone with the issues I was having. She listened to the troubles I was having and made suggestions for different options, without making me feel pressured into buying something. She never made me feel rushed on the phone call and helped me in a way no other bra store specialist ever has. Soma Intimates, who? Victoria Secret, who? Bare Necessities, all the way! Bare Necessities is the only place where I have been able to find bras that are comfortable AND cute, and in my size. Their customer service is on point, and their Bra Fit Experts are ACTUALLY experts. (As I work in customer service myself, the way Justina handled herself on the phone, she definitely deserves a raise!!) I will continue to buy my bras from Bare Necessities, as you are an excellent company, with excellent employees, a wide range of products, and make me feel like a real human being. Thank you!!

Very Happy with Sabrina (phone rep) and Bare Necessities
I am inspired to articulate my reasons for high praise of today’s phone rep, Sabrina, and of Bare Necessities, not least for the purpose of encouraging such exemplary excellent service, which makes the world, life and business, smoother, easier, and better. This is how customer standard service USED to be, 20+ years ago, and how it should be again, routinely.
Not only does Sabrina have a clear voice, excellent diction, and a command of vocabulary, but she is also efficiently responsive, answering all product and procedural concerns professionally, informatively, and swiftly (amidst a fine line of optimizing company time while not making the customer feel rushed or dismissed in any way; this is elegant discernment in communication style and job performance).
It is quite evident that Sabrina knows the company’s products and procedures well; in addition, she thinks “to the next step,” such as when she offered to search her database for a product that best fit my preferences (namely, 1) product number of a prior bra and 2) highest cotton content bras).
She also explains procedures very clearly, such as when efficiently describing the Return Shipping email and the Share Your Bag email I received while on the phone with her. She offered to stay on the phone to make sure I received them, which, ultimately, saves time for me and also the company. When I told Sabrina I’d be changing my address in near future, she had the wherewithal to mention the importance—based on her experience with prior Bare Necessities customers--of ensuring streamlined follow-through by way of also changing address with such intermediary vendors as Apple Wallet, etc.; a very important and much appreciated tip in this day and age of digital transfer.
In short, Sabrina has highly developed active listening skills and a professional ethic.
This quality of service generates customer loyalty and satisfaction, which is oh-so-important!
For all the reasons above, Sabrina is an asset to Bare Necessities, as well as to the community and American business at large. My interaction with her helped restore my faith and morale, as well as providing logistical assistance.
