I live in California and like many lost my insurance. My Bamboo agent went to the mats and made finding me insurance a priority. He presented several options and did a great job of walking me through them. Additionally, early in the process I spoke to a different Bamboo agent and she was equally proactive and helpful.

Randy was as helpful as a person could possibly be: he explained everything clearly, was totally patient with my many questions and got me signed up with insurances very quickly

We are buying a house in California, which is tricky business. We have twice approached Raul with our pants on fire, thanks to all kinds of crazy requests from mortgage officers and underwriters. Raul took great care of us, responding quickly to get us covered and get us all the documentation we needed. Working with him has been terrific.

The insurance agent (Brett Hanson) was highly responsive BEFORE collecting payment. After payment, he completely ghosted me and never cared to reply. The customer service team is also unresponsive. Very shady and unprofessional company.
