I was so pleased to speak with one of your representatives. Lately I have been given the run around on hold for over an hr with other companies and was not expecting the fast response. I received what I was looking while still on the phone with the representative, I was so pleased with the professionalism and the amount of time spent in the phone, which was less than 10 minutes.

Great Customer Service - Fast and Professional
I called customer service to get a copy of my declarations pages because I couldn't find mine. I reached a live person QUICKLY and they were able to send me what I needed via email. Everything took maybe 15 minutes - very efficient and very much appreciated.

Couldn't reach my agent wat a DH
Couldn't reach my agent wat a DH, so much for a simple call back, called 2x! Anyway, called directly to bamboo so much easier, only wish they would have a automatic call back like PG&E. Ir does get busy. So simple got a real person, following my 3 minute change, and done! That's how its supposed to be!! COUSTOMER SERVICE! not a stupid computer. Good job.
