He was responsive and reached out when I was unable to reply on the same day. He also spent time explaining policy to me, and what coverage was provided. My husband and I are so grateful to him.

Brandi was the most helpful and kind person I’ve ever encountered in the insurance space. TERRIBLE customer service we have active claim.I have called and left voicemails, emailed and No call back. We were supposed to get “the first payment” 3 weeks ago according to Melanie Copeland and we have nothing yet , no call, NOTHING!! Definitely will not be staying with them.
