I called to open a new claim on my…
I called to open a new claim on my property insurance. Things were going fine until you started asking questions about the property that had nothing to do with my claim, AND is info that you already have from when I first got the insurance coverage. The agent told me that was policy. So if the claims department doesn’t have access to info from the other departments in the same company…? It was a simple ‘car through the small yard wall’ claim and questions about what type of roof I have and if the property is on a raised or slab foundation is ridiculous.

I had bamboo for the 1st year we owned…
I had bamboo for the 1st year we owned house but no fire coverage so we had to get the fair plan year 2 we found a policy covering both and you have not returned the 3500.00! This is after asking for more and more stuff in writing to cancel!

After calling several times with no…
After calling several times with no success to log in, I was told that the portal will work after July 12th which is the renewal of my policy. Well it still does not work. After two tries it blocks me, I called again, was told to wait 24 hrs for the reset to work..... such a waste of time.

I have not received my declaration for…
I have not received my declaration for my new policy. I have spoken with a representative twice to get my mortgage notified and payments from my impound account but nothing was done. My mortgage has now notified me that I do not have home owners insurance. I have no way to prove I have insurance and now notified my mortgage to try to get proof from Bamboo since I have not received any. So far I am not impressed.

Long time to get insurance
After applying for home insurance, it took a very long time to get approval from the underwriters. Even though we have no claims and a long term tenant for more than 8 (Eight) years and a clean property, they kept on asking for pictures that we provided over and over again. With clean record and no claims, we expect better service from Bamboo to get a home insurance.
