BagsmartReviews of bagsmart.com

Excellent value and top notch quality with the 22 liter backpack Blast Elite backpack. I’ve had lots of larger bags, and 22 liters is the sweet spot for my travel needs. Has just enough space for essentials and pockets to keep important items handy. Features I appreciate are the trolley pass-through (because I use this for travel) and the handles for easy carrying. I had one small issue which the folks at Bagsmart helped with to my satisfaction.

I came here to be somewhat critical of the customer support service, given that the first response I received was a boilerplate email that neither fixed nor addressed my problem. However, after reading all the feedback on this webpage, I think they have taken it on board and are much more responsive and quicker to offer a solution than 6 months ago. So they can have 4 stars for improving and solving my problem across 3 emails within 24 hours.

I have been really satisfied with my order experience. My first order had a slight quality issue and I was promptly offered very reasonable options. Customer service was very prompt and kind. In the end, I am satisfied with the product and experience

The quality of the product is incredible! The customer service was fast and efficient. You can really see the attention to detail. It’s definitely worth it, and I would happily buy from them again!

Bagasmart gave great support with my package. They gave me good solutions, options. About the delay im my package. I always felt that they cared about the delivery. Thanks for everything

Ordered a backpack on Monday expecting it to arrive within a week for an upcoming trip. I tracked it 4 days later and it hasn’t left China… Misleading as this didn’t seem to be a Chinese company. Will have no choice but to order an alternative from another company and return this one.

Super happy with my snazzy bags from Bagsmart. Went to Spain with my new carry on back pack that has so many compartments and can store a ton of stuff. Love the convenience of the zippered pocket on top so it opens up like a hood of a car. Very practical and came home with a white bag, still white Great quality and highly recommend. Excellent customer communication and product. Will buy again.
