The quality of these bags is definitely worth the price and the professionalism of the customer service when there was an error is 100%. Very happy with purchases (multiple - I want to buy a blast backpack for everyone I know to share the love) and very happy with the customer service.

Absolutely exceptional. BagSmart beats the major brands hands down, and I can't fault the bag or the service. I bought the Blast Travel Backpack (Extended 38L in black), delivery was fast and smooth at around 6 days with full tracking, but the bag itself is the real standout. It goes all over Australia, Asia and the USA for work, and the storage is brilliant: room for all my work gear, a separate shoe compartment, and secure side zip pockets that are ideal for a passport, AirPods or an AirTag so my valuables are safe and trackable. Everything has its place and it just works, trip after trip. I bought a second one for the gym and it's just as good. When I had a warranty question the support team handled it instantly and brilliantly. Completely confident in the product and I'll always buy from BagSmart. Highly recommended.

It was an amazing experience! I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address and immediately contacted customer support. They responded very quickly and assured me they would do their best to help. Thankfully, they managed to change the address, which was such a relief! I’m incredibly grateful for Alicia’s efficiency, patience, and kindness throughout the whole process. And the best part? I have loved the bag I got from Bagsmart and use it frequently in both everyday tasks and when travelling. It has been durable, comfortable, and practical. About a year after I got this bag there was an issue with the zipper and I emailed the customer service team. Even though it had been a bit over a year since I purchased (which is the warranty timeframe) they offered to replace the bag for me. They sent a replacement which arrive within about a week. They were so nice and helpful and I really appreciated that they were willing to replace the bag for me.
