This is one of the worst franchise on the planet! They took our Ford of Dublin store over that has been in business since 1969 and ran us into the ground within 3 years. They slowly changed our pay dates until it was not 1 week 2 weeks 3 weeks into the future so when they close the store they got confused on how much money they owed everybody so they screwed everybody out of two weeks pay plus stole $110,000 worth of vacation pay that we had accrued from employee's and they said they were confused on if it was qn hour, a day, one week or one month worth of pay? Yet they can calculate your car payment to the nearest 1/8 of a penny when they sell you something. Don't ever do any business with these shysters they should actually be arrested if not shot! I hope they all become homeless and burn in hell!

Looks like I don't even need to go into…
Looks like I don't even need to go into details about my awful experience reading over everyone else's bad reviews. Basically, to anyone thinking of purchasing their warranty, DO NOT EVER EVER EVER LET THEM SELL YOU ON IT!! IT WILL NOT BE HONORED!!! NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU WILL TRY!!

Service Issues
I recently bought a used 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie from Autonation of Pembroke Pines. The salesman Vyron seemed to be nice and helpful when he was trying to sell me a car. Comments about him being a Christian and going to church helped portray him as trustworthy. The Ram I was interested in had a dead battery when I went to look at it, so Vyron jumped it for the test drive. When I decided to buy the truck it was under the condition that the battery be replaced with a new one. Vyron assured me this would be done while we took care of the paperwork. I have encountered two issues with Autonation that they have been completely disinterested in helping me with. So much for the trustworthiness I was expecting.
1. When they “replaced” the battery, they made a service entry in the Carfax report and completely transposed the odometer reading adding 20,000 miles to the actual reading. I texted, called, and emailed Vyron (who was out sick) and the main Autonation office for over 2 weeks trying to get them to simply correct their error on the Carfax report. They blew me off and then eventually said they’d correct it. Instead, they added another entry…failing to even input the odometer reading on the new entry or correcting it on the last entry. Complete incompetence. So, I contacted Carfax and corrected the error myself.
2. I bought the truck on 1/6/22 and was assured a new battery was put in before I drove it off the lot. Fast forward to 3/3/22, my truck’s battery is dead in my driveway. The truck was regularly used and there was nothing left on that would have drained it. This was confirmed by AAA when they came to jump it. Before AAA arrived, I texted and emailed Vyron and the other person I dealt with at Autonation Salvatore. I was very confused as to why the battery was dead. Bad alternator? Electric issue that was draining the battery? Unclear. I was well within the 90 day warranty so I asked what the next steps were to have the truck inspected and the issue fixed. It is now 3/7/22 and I have had ZERO response from Vyron or Salvatore. This just shows that Autonation, like so many others, is only responsive and helpful when they’re trying to sell you a car and get your money. To say I’m disappointed would be a gross understatement. Anyway, when AAA arrived, they tested the alternator and it was fine. They also tested the battery and quickly determined that there was a bad cell in the battery. Quite curious considering it was supposed to be brand new. So, with no response from Autonation, I’m left to wonder if Vyron ever even replaced the battery to begin with OR if there is some electric issue that drained and burned out the battery cell in less than 2 months. I will continue to contact Autonation for resolution, but thought a review was warranted to warn anyone else about doing business with these folks. It would seem they are incompetent and unresponsive at best, unethical and deceitful at worst.

inapporiate treatment
I Yolanda Hunter own a 2013 Hyundai sonata that is apart of a warranty recall because of a knocking in the car. The car stopped working completely. I called the dealership and they could not work on the car because they claim they didn't have any workers. On December 20,2021 I had the car towed to the dealership they car sat for 30 days with no communication. I went out to the dealership to find out what was wrong with my car however they did not tell me what was wrong with the car. They had token the car apart. They did not put it back to the together and left all the parts in the backseat of the car. I highly do not recommend getting a car for this company Auto Nation. You guys will truly be disappointed with there services.

Three Major Safety Concerns
I bought my 2012 Nissan Murano on February 6, 2022 at AutoNation Ford Bellevue. Through this letter I want to manifest how disappointed and discontent I am with my experience with your business. At the same time, I want to make clear that I would like to return this car for a full refund which includes my down payment and cancellation the contract with AutoNation at Ford Bellevue. As a driver, I don't feel safe operating this vehicle. In less than two weeks, the car has already presented three major safety issues. One of the brake lines is broken, there is a major leak in the transmission of the car, and there is a recall that has not been fixed yet.
The day I bought the car they told me it went through a 15-point safety inspection test and that the car was fine to drive. On top of that, they assured me that they took care of all the recalls the car had and there were no issues with the vehicle. According to the dealership, the only remaining issues are cosmetic and the front two fog lights that were not working at the time. On the Nissan website, there is still an unresolved recall that has not been completed yet. On Sunday February 20, 2022 the vehicle's emergency parking light and traction control light turned on. In order to look for a solution I went by an O'Reilly Parts store and the store associate who helped us mentioned that the vehicle didn't have any brake fluid and it was unsafe to operate. We scheduled an appointment with a mechanic to check our car on Wednesday February 23, 2022 and after looking at it, he found a severed brake line on the left rear side and a major leak on the transmission of the vehicle. According to him, the vehicle is in unsafe conditions and could fail at any moment, either because the transmission will fail due to lack of fluid or the brakes would not respond because of the severed brake line. At this point I had to drive with big uncertainty to AutoNation Ford Bellevue to explain the concerns and proposed a solution of a full refund and cancellation of the contract.
They kept telling me that the vehicle was 10 years old and because of that they would not be able to do much about it. I mentioned to them that I did not want the vehicle because it represented a big threat for me and I felt really unsafe driving it. I had to wait around 2 hours in order to get a response from them, the best solution they came up with was to fix the brakes and not even refill the transmission fluid and fix the transmission. They say that if the car was sold as an ‘as-is’ car there was not much that they could do about it, and that "we don't know when is going to break that's the reason we sell the car as-is." The vehicle was not sold 'as-is' and I have a photo of the Dealer Warranty statement on the Buyers Guide posted on the car, with the car with the vehicle make and model and VIN Number. They claimed that the vehicle went through a safety inspection, however there still an uncomplete recall, brakes issue, and transmission issue only after 2 weeks of purchasing the vehicle. This is three major safety concerns that was not mentioned prior to purchasing the vehicle. I do not trust what they claim.
At this point, I am really upset and displeased with the service, lies, and lack of caring about my safety the manager at AutoNation had. How can you refuse to honor the dealer warranty and try to claim that the car is marked as an ‘as-is’, so that you guys will not respond for the damages or my safety when it has not even been a month since buying the car? How can you claim that this car was safe to drive when there are three major concerns that has been diagnosed?
My proposed solution is to receive a full refund and to have the contract canceled. I do not feel safe operating a vehicle that has three major safety failures after two weeks of having purchased it. These three issues are known, but I wonder what other issues that I do not know about? These issues are not cosmetic or superficial. These are three major concerns that are present and can lead to a car accident or even worse a deadly road casualty.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER…
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. Do not expect the quality service normally associated with Autonation Mercedes, Wesley Chapel, FL. Ridiculous policies and procedures when it comes to receiving payment for a trade in (Don't expect to have ANY money owed to you the day of your trade in. Instead, they keep your money until they feel like sending it to you weeks later.) They took an easy trade transaction and made it a clinic in how NOT to treat your customers, especially when they want to purchase outright, without financing. Management is slow, lackadaisical, and truly do not care whether you purchase from them or not. This is the worst review I've ever given, and they earned every bit of it. Sell that Jaguar, because my business will be conducted elsewhere.

Bait&Switchbeware
At first, it was great! THEN.. When I went to go use the
$ 5000 warranty I purchased through AutoNation, they proceeded with a bait and switch, and multiple other illegal practices. THEIR warranty IS NOT accepted everywhere a trained tech/authorized facility.
Dealership attempted to double triple charge on a covered warranty so that they could make an extra thousand dollars. They also mis diagnosed my car, Even after showing videos photos and letting them know the main reason the car was being brought in. Their customer service department at the corporate office even after five months, multiple emails and calls have not tried to call and rectify the situation. The dealership admitted fault wrongdoing and ask what it would take to make it correct. The dealership changed their tune as their legal team has told them to say one sentence to me, so they don’t get into more legal trouble. If any of you had purchased a warranty from Auto Nation and were charged on top of a covered warranty, communicate!

Not a Reputable Dealer Bait and Switch
When I purchased my car from AutoNation Ford in Burlerson Texas everything went fine until the finance guy came in. After telling him three times I did not want the extended warranty, which came to $3,196, he then told me It would not cost me any more.
After a week, all my documents arrived by email to print out. I reviewed my loan agreement and noticed how he could keep my payments the same.
He added $3,196 to my bank loan and another year of payments without telling us.
They have agreed to remove it after the first payment. I guess they can collect their commission then. It has been 3 months and it has not been removed.
This is the way the dealerships train their finance people. Buying a car is not fun any more.
Henry Ford would turn over in his grave if he knew what dealers are doing to make a buck.
