We had ZERO intention on buying today…ZERO…but we did…and couldn’t be happier with our experience at AutoNation Toyota in Fort Myers! Our family has had 3 Toyota 4Runner’s. When it came time for us to look at new cars, we knew what we wanted to stop by and look and the new models, but we were still considering other cars. After talking to Tommy (what a legend) in truck sales we decided that today is the day! He is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer the MILLION questions I had. He also made us feel comfortable, with a ZERO pressure experience that is NOT found at other dealerships. His very personable approach made us feel like we were working with a friend, rather than a salesman. I would also like to thank Chris Scalfani for getting our payments to a reasonable number that worked for our needs and budget. i WENT TO AUTONATION FOR MY 2019 SUBARU OUTBACK,, TO FIX THE DCM .. MAN WHAT A PROBLEM,,DRAINING THE BATTERY THAN HAVE TO USE JUMPER CABLES AND THE RADIO NOT WORKING.. TOOK IT 2 OTHER DESLERSHIPS , GOT THE RUN AROUND ,,THAN I WENT AUTONATION AN WOW ,, THE SERVICE AN ATTENTION THEY GAVE ME WAS SUPERIOR,, I MEAN TRIPE A PLUS .. FRIENDLY, POLITE, PLEASING AN ABOVE ALL HONEST WITH INTEGRITY AN DIGNITY.. THEY HAD MY OUTBACK FIXED AN OUT THERE IN TWO HOURS .. IVE NEVER RECEIVED THAT HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE .. Service is great, schedule is fast, service is fast and very complete. My advisor is Mike Doht, with one call or one txt he setup everything. Love the honesty and professional work. Service is more important than the car itself. Almost all my life I drove Mercedes but the dealer service deteriorated so much that I came to AutoNation for an SUV i met Mike Doht and it has been my best decision ever. Please AutoNation do not “improve” anything leave as is which is great.
