Very disappointing customer service at…
Very disappointing customer service at Mercedes-Benz of Fremont while trying to purchase a used Mazda c x5 2019 white for my teen daughter,
I was genuinely interested in buying the car and paid for an independent pre-purchase inspection, which identified a leak concern. I was told the leak had been fixed. Later, the dealership told me its foreman had inspected the vehicle and considered it small seepage seen on older vehicles that did not require repair. Those explanations left me feeling misled and uncertain about the vehicle’s condition.
The dealership declined both further repairs and a price adjustment. My frustration goes beyond their unwillingness to negotiate: I wanted consistent information, documentation, and a clear response to the independent mechanic’s findings. Instead, I felt those findings were dismissed, and I had to keep following up for answers.
They did offer to reimburse the inspection cost, which I appreciate. However, that does not resolve the conflicting explanations or restore my confidence in the purchase.
I also felt there was more urgency around asking me to change my earlier bad review than around resolving my concerns. I really wanted this car, but the overall communication and handling of the situation have been extremely disappointing. I would never buy a car there, they did not care about selling a car with a problem to a 17 year old which is very worrisome to me.

Toyota AutoNation Fort Myers what a joke $12,000 down in a vehicle that is unsafe and unreliable Fort Myers Toyota is the biggest scam outfit in Southwest Florida. They are taking advantage of people and smiling in your face while they do it. If you are thinking about getting A New or used to vehicle do not go here the good reviews are from people whose family bought from there. If you are an outsider, you will be treated like one you have to be related to a sales person to get a good deal Buyers beware do not spend your hard earned money in this place. It is a joke. It should be closed down.. thank you and have a good day

A dealer with no integrity whatsoever.
Unfortunately, as many have probably observed, you're not allowed to leave 0 stars. Buying a car from AutoNation North Chevrolet, is like stepping into a snake pit where all the snakes are smiling. The used car manager lied about the retail value of my car and gave me an extreme low-ball price. On me, I suppose, should not have traded it in. When I test drove the vehicle, the convertible top worked both down and up. After we closed to the deal and I was heading home, I went to put the top down and it would not function properly. As I had not ever driven it off the lot, I asked if I could leave it till the next day so they could fix it. The used car manager just gave me a dirty look and walked away. As I was still in contact with the sales person, I asked again if they would repair it. He said he would speak to his bosses and never got back to me. So, I assume they knew the top was not functioning properly when they sold it to me. After driving the car for a few weeks now, I am realizing that they really did very little to check the vehicle over before putting it out on the lot for sale. These guys are the reason people lack trust in car dealers.

I recently bought 2015 CadillacAts used for $13,000 miles under 90,000. Had it for 2months and transmission started slipping/chattering/skipping gears. One day going over a bridge felt like I had to easy up on the gas due to gages going up. Now I have to pay 6500 more to get it fixed I’m not happy that I have to come out of my pocket to get it replaced due to improperly inspection! The car is not worth $20,000 so I’m not looking forward to picking it up so I notified the dealer and nothing he can do! So Im just assuming out of a vehicle at the moment

Extremely Disappointing Customer…
Extremely Disappointing Customer Service and Warranty Experience
I am extremely disappointed with our experience with AutoNation at the Mall of Georgia. Unfortunately, what started as a vehicle purchase turned into an almost year-long ordeal due to a lack of communication and follow-through.
We purchased a used Ram truck from AutoNation and, because it was a used vehicle, we also purchased an extended warranty that was recommended to us by the dealership.
A little over a year after the purchase, a warning light came on. We took the truck to a repair shop, where we were informed that the vehicle had a significant engine-related issue and that the repair would cost more than $8,000. We immediately contacted the warranty company and opened a claim.
Unfortunately, the warranty company stopped responding to both us and the repair shop. We repeatedly contacted the dealership because they were the ones who recommended the warranty and sold it to us. Initially, they were helpful and assured us they would look into the situation. However, after that, our calls and messages went unanswered.
For approximately six months, we repeatedly attempted to get an update or resolution. During this time, no one could provide us with a clear explanation of what was happening or when the vehicle would be repaired.
Eventually, we missed a vehicle payment. When the billing department contacted us, I explained the circumstances and the ongoing issues we had been experiencing. The representative recommended that I contact AutoNation corporate.
I contacted corporate, and they responded within 24 hours. They told us they had contacted the Mall of Georgia dealership and spoken with management and the employee who originally recommended the warranty. We were assured that the matter would be addressed.
Unfortunately, another three months passed without a resolution or meaningful communication.
I contacted corporate again, and this time someone was assigned to our case. Thankfully, within a day, they were able to get the issue resolved.
By the time everything was finally resolved, we had been without our vehicle for almost an entire year while continuing to make payments on it. This created a significant hardship and unnecessary stress for our family.
After the issue was resolved, we requested that the late payment be removed or corrected because the missed payment occurred during this prolonged situation and after months of unsuccessful attempts to get assistance. Unfortunately, we were told that nothing could be done.
I understand that vehicle repairs and warranty claims can sometimes be complicated. What is unacceptable, however, is the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability we experienced throughout this process.
Our biggest frustration was not simply the mechanical problem—it was having to repeatedly call, email, and escalate the matter just to get someone to take ownership and provide us with answers.
Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from AutoNation or purchasing a warranty through the dealership to carefully consider their options and understand the coverage and claims process.
This experience was extremely stressful, and I sincerely hope other customers do not have to go through what our family experienced.

Con artists!!!
I retract my earlier review. Brian Matsumoto turned out to be a con
artist. He stated, and I have it in a text, that the BZ car I purchased came with 1-year free charging but when I tried to charge it, the charging station told me that promotion is long gone! When I confronted Brian and Toyota, they said sorry we were wrong and offered me a lousy $1000 gift card. Now I am stuck with a car that I dont want and have to pay for charging left and right. Horrible sales technique accompanied with shady business tactics!!! Avoid Brian at all costs!!!!

BUYERS BEWARE
BUYERS BEWARE ! Auto nation land rover New Rochelle, NY sold us a car with what looks like a previous owners unpaid lien still on the car. We purchased the car outright with no financing. The car was just repossessed for the previous owners debts. Our personal items are locked inside the car in an impound lot, and we are unable to retrieve them. The GM Mark Hoch and the finance manager refuse to take our phone calls or return our voice-mails.
