I bought a 2013 Buick LaCrosse in July and the seat has had electrical issues ever since, the air works when it wants to but they want me to pay for it. I have had nothing but problems with them since going to purchase a car from them. This is a very horrible place to buy a car I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them.

There’s so many problems wrong with my sales transaction purchasing a Ford edge. I will drive SEL that was a used car from AutoNation Ford of Panama City Florida. From the Carffax, the ongoing maintenance problems, recalls they didn’t do and kept the funds paid to them from Ford to repair the break boosters- The lies, threatening me, lost tag, upper the price $4000. Horrible service harrassing ME to change my oil and rotate my tires (do I purchased on my own because I was tired of arguing with them) they didn’t even rotate the tires correctly, and or didn’t change the oil at all, and she literally told me CRUDELY and ignorantly my car didn’t require a three month or 3000 mile oil change. I asked her if there was some thing exceptional about it, and she just wanted to continue arguing and being cruel to me. Apparently they must get some kind of kickback for having the car even on their lot didn’t even claim that they were doing some things to it such as service. AutoNation needs to be shut down. They sell so many deadly cars, and screwed up. Cars is what they look for. They look for cars that do have a recalls, my odometer has been messed with. I’ve had to have my transmission rebuilt. I could go on and on. It’s a nightmare and the worst car in the worst time during a category, five hurricane, and even my health, they had absolutely no empathy. Very unprofessional. Very un-Godly. Straight up theives and so many trying to stop them. LOST ALL RESPECT FOR SUSAN B KOHMEN Association who I believe is equally immoral and deceptive.

It hasn't even been a month
The Escape I purchased from AN Honda crapped out just at the year mark of having it. I went to AN Hyundai to look at a car I saw online. That car had key fob issues so I couldn't see it. Needing a car ASAP, I ended up with a car that was more than I planned on spending. Fast forward 2 weeks..there's already an issue with the car. Contacted the 2 people in sales I worked with. Was told to call service for an appt. They couldn't get me in for a week so now I'm frustrated. Sales couldn't help me..."nothing they could do". Went back and asked for the service manager. The Service manager was very nice and had my car looked at right away. Easy fix I'm told..can do it that day and it would be $500 and that was a discounted price. I decided to bring it home and take care of the situation because I didn't have that to spend. Car gets fixed..runs fine for a week. Fiance and his 17 yo daughter are headed north to bring her home from her summer visit. 3 hours into the ride the car bucks and there's a fireball as they're still in the car driving on the highway. Thankfully they both got out okay. The car...not so much. Mind you I haven't had the car a month yet. Haven't even gotten the tags. I have made my first payment. They sold me a car that could've killed them both. And I'm back to not having a car.
Never again will I get a car from Auto Nation. 2 cars in 12 months...both ended up being crap.
(My Rav 4 lasted me 20 years before I had to get rid of it. )

Auto Nation has no morals when selling…
Auto Nation has no morals when selling to women, senior citizen & hispanic. DON'T LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE STRESS THEY WILL REALLY TAKE ADVANTAGE. i was lied and "force" a car care protection, which is 3 oil changes, the finance manager force me to get a extended warranty but of course it's their product told me it waz $248.00 but when he had me sign this he really had me sign for 3 oil changes then charged me $1552.00 for their warrant y now this is the manager. His boss, David said he was his top performer, of course by lieing and scamming custimers. If you dealt with them check your contract he could have cheatex you too. Corporate office don't care they just want to make money no matter how. Called them no return call. Starting to file complaints for their bad behavior then sue them. Someone needs to teach them a lesson.

Unfortunately my truck got totaled at a terrible time in the auto sales period. I found a truck on cargurus at autonation went down to look at the truck, truck wasn't ready for the lot, went and found the truck on my own , it was perfect, went back and put money down to hold it, turns out it needed mechanical repairs, no problem I'll wait for it! Absolutely no communication, had to call and check on it continuously, no one would answer or return calls, in the end truck shows up sold on cargurus after 3 weeks after them taking my down to hold it money, they said repairs were gonna cost too much! Who knows the truth!! I'll never shop at autonation again!! What a poor excuse for a dealership!!!

Beware of AutoNation's unethical…
Beware of AutoNation's unethical business practices that took us from happily purchasing a vehicle to canceling the sale and getting a refund within the span of a few hours.
I went with my sister, Sharlotte, to help her buy a vehicle, but this is what happened.
Quick Version:
- Ovi, the salesfloor manger; Michelle, the saleslady; Liz, the financial person; and Brian, the financial director; were all involved in getting Sharlotte to sign (title, registration, and odometer reading) for a vehicle that we thought was on site but was still in another city—and then insisted she hadn’t really agreed to anything.
Longer Version:
• Sharlotte is new to the process (and so am I).
• Sharlotte signed the Purchase Agreement on July 27, 2022.
• On July 27th, after signing the Purchaser's Agreement, one of the salesfloor managers told Sharlotte her car would be here the next day, July 28th.
• Upon arriving on the 28th to get her keys and sign the final papers, the car was still in Corpus Christi.
• Michelle, her saleslady, apologized, and said she thought the vehicle would be here too.
• Oddly, Michelle then insisted Sharlotte see the Financial Department because "something" was wrong with the debit card transaction for the down payment paid on July 27th when she signed the Purchaser’s Agreement. Ovi, a salesfloor manager, came over, introduced himself as the General Manager (why?), and insisted she see the Financial Department about her down payment "issue" too.
• Liz at the Financial Department said nothing was wrong with her down payment. But...
• Liz had her sign the title, registration, and odometer reading paperwork though Liz admitted it was strange the car wasn't here yet. Sharlotte had a weird feeling but went forward with signing, being new to car buying.
• Before we left, Ovi said he’d told Michelle several times that the vehicle wouldn't be here today.
• Shaking his head, he admitted it was a common problem: his salespeople rush a sale even if the vehicle is not on hand because, in his words, "it's the end of the month," and that's when they receive their bonuses.
• We went home and we both learned from family that what AutoNation had done was unethical, because one only signed the final paperwork once the vehicle is on site.
• Sharlotte was upset and had tears in her eyes. She asked me to return to AutoNation with her.
• We went back to AutoNation immediately to get her down payment back and cancel the purchase.
• Ovi insisted she didn’t have to cancel anything because, as he stated, she never signed the final paperwork, only the Purchaser’s Agreement. She disagreed.
• She also said their 48-hour Buyer's Remorse Period would run out before the vehicle even arrived 3-5 days later, potentially leaving her stuck with a car she might not want.
• Ovi repeated that she’d only signed the Purchaser's Agreement, and added, "We don't do that here. We only have you sign the final papers once the car is here, we've checked the odometer, and you've had time to look at the car."
• I ended the back-and-forth by asking him, "Since she signed the Purchaser's Agreement yesterday, what did she sign today?"
• Sharlotte then told him, "People buy from people they know, like, and trust. And right now, trust is broken." Ovi had nothing to say except, "Financial Services will be with you shortly."
• When the purchase was canceled, I asked Liz, "To confirm, what did Sharlotte sign earlier today?" She answered, "The registration, title, and odometer reading."
• Liz added “it is the end of the month” and they need the final papers signed to ensure they get reimbursed for transferring a vehicle from one site to another.
• The financial director, Brian, came to speak with us, asking if there was anything he could do to save the sale. When we explained everything, he said, just like Ovi and Liz, "Well, it is the end of the month..." referencing the employee bonuses and transfer-fee reimbursement.
Their multiple untruths and half-truths caused us and our entire extended family to lose trust in AutoNation.

I took my car Ford Escort which I…
I took my car Ford Escort last Saturday 7/23, which I purchased brand new in 1999 at the same location and yes I still take it there for its maintenance, oit changes, rotation of tires, fill fluids, etc.so basically what I want to express is after so many years I can always count on them to do the job right. My Service Advisor Juan Mesa is very pleasant, friendly, honest, if I need to do something to the car he'll advise me, if I don't he doesn't try to "take me in" like in other shops do and push for something my car does not need. I do plan to keep on doing while I've been doing for years, take my car to Auto Nation for any maintenance or repair..
I'm sad to hear Juan will be retiring soon in a few months. He'll be greatly missed, I keep on wishing he stays. They have other advisors but Juan is in a class by himself, he's the best.
