This is the worst place to buy a truck or to try and get service. When you make appointment for service they take your vehicle and do not even look at it until the next week sometime. They will not give you a vehicle to drive like they promise you when they sell you a vehicle and they take advantage of women.

I have been dealing with Auto Nation…
I have been dealing with Auto Nation Ford in Arlington before they became auto nation ford. I purchased my last 4 trucks with them. I dont quite understand what has happened, but going forward I wouldn't trade a pair old boots with them. They're the biggest "con" people I have ever seen lately. You can't deal on a car on their lot, and they try to force you to accept what ever they want to offer you for your trade in. I have a 2018 Ford Lariat. The new Lariates with a 501A package, the same as mine, now runs around 60+. My truck used on their lots list for around 43+ with 30000 miles. They made me an offer as if I had walked in, being hit by a freight truck. "They are money hungry, you have to accept what ever they say if you want a truck from their lot. Simple, with that no hassle bargaining of theirs, go some where else. The experience there is like going over to TOTE ME NOTE. Can someone asnwer the question. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO AUTO NATION FORD. The one in Arlington on I20 Arlington has really poor management. Please try auto nation in Fort Worth on Campus Drive, great place to shop.

Just took my car in for maintenance…
Just took my car in for maintenance service including oil change and check on small section where loose rubber seal is on one of my car doors. Was told it would be a couple of hours when I made appointment. FIVE yes 5 hours later and I’m still sitting here. This happened to me one other time I took it in for service in the past. Thought it might be a one time thing. They have lost my business for both service and for buying a car here again. Came in at 9:30 and checked at almost 1:00 how much longer and was told they were just now working on it. Why tell me to come in at 9:30 if they aren’t going to work on it until over 3 hours later? No major repairs, just maintenance check. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service . Don’t deal with Rob schwartz. He is very Condescending and does not return phone calls when waiting for the status of your car. He questioned us why we did not bring our car to them in the first place. He made us feel uncomfortable for bringing our car there for service because we had used another car repair in the past. He said that they’re not specialists and we are. When picking up my car they didn’t repair what we first brought our car in for and only part of it and repaired something else that was not supposed to be fixed and charged us for it. Not happy with this company.

I posted my 2011 Hyundai Sonata on…
I posted my 2011 Hyundai Sonata on Facebook marketplace. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted through messenger about the car. They asked if I was firm on the price. I said I'd be willing to negotiate. It was at this time that he said that he worked for autonation. He said he would send me a link to get an offer on my car.
I went onto their site and filled out the info on the car.
The Kelley Blue Book for this car is between 5100 and 7200 for private party and 3700 to 5000 for trade in in good condition. My car is at least good condition.
They came to me with an offer of 3000.
I told them this was ridiculous, as Carvana and Carmax had both offered well over 4000, and I had private offers of up to 5500 just from my marketplace post.
They said that they didn't see how they could be off by that much.
When you go on their site, though, and look up the same car with the same mileage, they are charging between 8 and 10 thousand.
This company is the stereotypical used car salesman, charging too much and paying too little.
Use extreme caution when dealing with them. They WILL try to rip you off.

Absolutely HORRIBLE Experience.
Absolutely HORRIBLE Experience.. I worked with the salesperson/finance dept for 3 DAYS.. set a day and time to come in complete paperwork and was left setting for OVER an HOUR.. When finance finally got with us with the numbers were NOTHING of what we discussed and agreed upon.. Oh and then I was told the vehicle needed buffing and break pads which service would take care of next week and I needed to leave the vehicle. I asked why was this not completed days ago.. Oh they only service the vehicle ONCE the loan is COMPLETED... needless to say me and my husband LEFT the vehicle there.. I've dealt with CARMAX for over 15 years and maybe they have me spoiled with their prompt customer service but this was just a MESS! Why would you not completely service your vehicles before even putting them out for purchase. These people need to be put out of business.. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and waste of my time.

Car Falling Apart, LITERALLY After 3 Weeks of Purchase
Last month, I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord from the Volkswagon dealership, in Columbus. During consideration of the purchase, I pointed out that the fender was not attached to the frame of the car. Clearly, the car had front end damage from an accident, (which had not been reported.) I asked if they would make the repair out of due diligence, prior to my purchase. I was told their cars are sold as is and if I wanted it repaired I'd have to pay an additional $100, which would be added into the purchase price of the car. Huh??
This was a safety issue, so why the additional charge for something that should have been repaired by their service department during their standard "120 Point Inspection."
I initially agreed to the repair, but decided that it did not make sense to be charge to repair damage that was already done to the car. After having the car for about 3 weeks, the whole flap/cover from underneath the front end of the car has fallen down, the front bumper has pulled away from the car, exposing bars behind the bumper that's not held together by bolts.
I called and spoke with the Sales Manager to advise him of what was going on. He quickly let me know that it was my fault for not having the work done initially. He said since additional damage has probably been done to the car, it could possibly cost me several hundred dollars to repair, verses the $100 that was initially offered to me.
Sir, this is obviously safety hazard and was clearly was not included in your dealership's "120 Point Inspection."
