Does not support military members!
Does not support military members!! Uninformed and not willing to work with a 17 year active duty military member. We were in the market for a luxury suv, and my wife finally found one that met all of her wants and needs. We did all our research, got our pre approval for well over the price of the vehicle. I forewarned the salesman at this company that my license shows expired, but as long as I am active duty military, my state of residence shows my license as valid. I never felt like a customer. I felt as if I was at the dentist. My state does not have online or mail in options to renew. I have to physically go to the dmv inorder to renew. I haven't been back home in years. But I should not have to. If the issuing state has regulations that state my license is valid, there's no need to. I've always been able to buy vehicles, sometimes it required showing the state dmv guidance on military with expired licenses. Nonetheless, this company is not worth your time and effort. But, sure, it's their right to refuse. What a joke.
