I ordered part that website claimed in stock. Immediately emailed that it was back ordered. I opted to wait but still have not received it. Appears to be same business out of same location but multiple company names: - Appliance365.com - getrepairparts.com (which is what my credit card was billed...not the appliance365.com). The fact that they are not responding at all makes this very suspicious.

Was a bit concerned after reading bad reviews but I must say I had a great experience with this company. Ordered my dishwasher part 1/7/21 & received it 1/12/21 No problems at all. I will definitely order using this company again. Thanks for not letting me down 😀

I had a very good experience with this company. I ordered a part for my dishwasher on 10/31/20. It shipped on 11/10/20. By 12/13/20 I still hadn’t received it, so I sent them an email and they explained to me that it had been shipped, but since I hadn’t received it, they’d be happy to reimburse me and my account was credited the next day. However, on 1/9/21 my part arrived in the mail! Turns out USPS parcels were very backed up because of volume and Covid. I sent another email to applianceparts365 and they told me to keep the part and, as a courtesy for my inconvenience, they would not charge me. It was a pleasure to deal with them!

I made an order in June of 2020 and was immediately told items were on backorder when their website said the items were "in stock". After several months, I received half of my order and the other half was cancelled without my knowledge. I was told I would get a refund but here it is January of 2021 and nothing!! They don't return phone messages and feel lucky if they decide to respond to an email. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

My order was placed on 11/30/2020, and after many attempts for communication, the CSR finally answer my email to tell me that they were back-ordered and ETA was 12/30/2020. That day came over with no notification. I was able to find their Phone number on Google, and the CSR shipped my parts. I will not buy from them again.

I didn’t even want to give them a star but had to this is the worst place to order they only gave me 10 percent of my refund and would not return my shipping but told me if I order again they would take 10 percent of my shipping like really I will never order from here again. Wish I look at the review before I order I should of got my full refund they ripping people off.

Stay away. Ordered a dryer motor 40 days ago. I've called and left 3 messages also emailed. No reply. My bank is removing the charge.
