Scam company... Claim they have what you need in stock - take your money - and then you never hear from them again... AVOID at all costs....

Ordered a part for my washer and checked after several days if it had shipped an it had not...checked back again after a few days and still no, this went on and on and we sent them a message and asked why it had not shipped and they had grabbed money the day we ordered it!!! No response! The next day they sent an email and said it had been shipped with DHL and here is your 20 digit tracking number...we checked with DHL on their tracking website and it said not a valid tracking number we entered it again and same thing came up! We called DHL and they informed us their tracking numbers are 10 digits!!! We tried to call appliance parts 365 and had to leave message after message and still no call back! We finally got the package (shipped with FedEx) the part is broken! We called fedex and they said the company had to file for the broken part that we couldn't! The company still won't return calls or emails so we spent today filing a dispute with our credit card company! I saw on the BBB website that they had pulled this company's accreditation because people everywhere are getting scammed!

This company is a scam. They showed my part in stock, took my $112.06 and then sent an email stating the part was back-ordered. They do not reply to messages, they do not return calls or answer the phone, they show a chat option but then as you're completing they go offline. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Ordered my oven rack on January 4th checked back the 12th still not shipped. Chatted online with someone who claimed the part was on back order and would be in the 18th then it would ship. Here we are the 27th still no part. Still showing not shipped. I contacted the Attorney Generals office to look into this bogus company and to get a refund of my money. If any of you want to jump on that please contact the ohio attorney General office asap. I hope this place gets taken down and prosecution takes place.

Ordered a part for microwave and 5 business days later the order status was still showing "Processing"... When I reached out to Applianceparts365 to request an estimate ship date I received no answer. I then ordered the same part from Encompass and received it the next day. I requested order cancelation from Applianceparts365 and got no answer but noticed the following day the order status changed to "Shipped". That's my answer there I guess "Denied"... Applianceparts365 may be okay if you don't really need the parts and don't mind waiting without knowing when or if they will be shipped, backordered, etc. As I write this review my microwave is fixed using the Encompass part ordered 5 business days after placing the Applianceparts365 order. The tracking number Applianceparts365 website listed for my order shows only that a label has been created btw. I'll probably keep their part as a spare if I get it but I wish I knew how slow and mute they are.

Ordered an evaporator fan motor that was in stock. Two days later received an email saying it was shipped. I tried the tracking number they supplied, wouldn't work. Six days later established an account to check my order. Said I had no orders. Then checked reviews on this company. Turns out the reviews are terrible. Reseller ratings website has a 77.8 percent one star rating. You know there are many people that would give them a zero star rating if they could. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and will order from a real company now.

Awfull If I could give negative five stars it would be too positive for this lousy excuse of a company. They said my order would be received within 9 days. My part was put in the mail after 11 days. Who knows when it will arrive. Kind of a waste of time leaving a negative review as mine will get piled on the boat load of previous negative reviews. Please dont shop here

Horrible. Wish I had read others reviews. Parts supposedly in stock, they were not. Finally after the items arrived, one part was wrong part number (not the part I had ordered). No reply to emails, no phone reply to voicemails. The online customer service wanted me to fill out a form to return the wrong part. They would not ship me the correct part. Horrible customer service. Crooks. Going to dispute the charges.
