Appliance Parts 365Reviews of applianceparts365.com

Fairly easy to look up, and order parts. Was kept up to date on shipping and tracking parts arrived on time and very well packaged to make the trip.

Easy to order parts and the delivery was fast.

Easy to use web site. Delivery of order was on time and great follow up.

Ordered control board, it arrived on time as stated, 3 days, I choose the cheapest shipping, installed it and it's working properly. Price was better and available.

Found the part i needed and it was shipped quickly.

Amazing customer service. I ordered a part online, which was a special order. Because they have a no return policy with special orders, they went the extra mile to reach out to me, verify my appliances model number and compatibility before fulfilling the order. Not only that, but we corresponded back and forth multiple times with very fast professional responses. I have never worked with a parts company that was so responsive. Highly recommend.

Follow up. My order was the wrong part and they quickly sent a FedEx return authorization to send it back and ordered a refund.

Great, original product and great price.
