This company is a scam. They show products in stock that aren't in stock and knowingly under price other companies. They charge for expedited shipping knowingly when the product can't be shipped. They expect most people will just write it off to learning their lesson...DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

If I could rate them a zero I would. I ordered a part a month ago and I have not received it. I have not gotten a response to my email or calls. They never answer the phone. This may be worth reporting to the better business bureau. I would suggest anyone else who has not received their orders to do the same.

Ordered washer drain pump, 1/7/21, they sent confirmation email (will ship in 2-5 business days) and debited credit card 1/8. Part never arrived and On 1/18 i tried contacting company via email and phone calls. NO response, and I wrote scathing review here. On 1/19 I live chatted with salesperson to cancel order, which he wouldn’t do, said it was being shipped (got confirmation of shipping while speaking with him). Since on 1/19 I had ordered from another vendor for $20 more than their price, I said I’d return the part when it arrived. Which I did, they emailed me a RMA, with shipping paid, and I had my money credited back to my account 3 days later. My opinion has gone from horrible vendor to acceptable.

I ordered a part for my refrigerator and I was even willing to pay for overnight delivery. After the second day I tried their customer service number. Nobody answered and I left a message. NO RESPONSE. I tried emailing them. NO RESPONSE after several days. I cancelled the order. They control the customer experience and this clearly and obviously shows that they don't have time for their customers.

Ordered a part for an emergency repair that was advertised to ship in 1-2 business days. I paid $10 extra for expedited shipping. I received it 3 weeks later and I'm supposed to pay return shipping and a restock fee, lol. They refused to cancel the order while it was still pending.

Everyone have to be careful to order from this website! I had really bad experience with customer service manager! I returned expensive item back to them, they return the cheaper item money back to me, they blame at me said I was wrong, they insult me and said I keep the item and ask them to get money back. I never see Such bad customer service!!
