I bought a Eletrical board for my lg dishwasher which didn’t work cause wast the part that I needed then send 3 emails to proceed a return and refund and never got any response how to return the part and get my $212.00 refund They kept the money and no answer back Going to send a complain to better business bureau and alert people not to use this company if you like your money

Ordered OEM LG ACV72909503 Shock Absorber Damper. Received ACV72909506 which is completely wrong part. No customer service phone number, no response to email. Company will not allow return even within 60 day time frame.

I was so impressed with there price, I gave them a great review, before getting the part.i asked them were is the shipping info after 8 days , it took two weeks to get and it arrived broken and damaged!

Stay away, its not the worth the few dollars you are going to save. I placed an order and it took them a week to reply to my email after 3 emails attempt, because they never shipped the part. I wanted refund and they keep telling me that the part is on its way, but never got a tracking number. there is no phone number to call and talk to anyone. its a nightmare to deal with them.

Made an order online expecting delivery within 7–10 days as advertised. Their prices were similar to other competitors, but I decided to give them a chance. After placing the order, there was absolutely no communication from the company. I called their phone number multiple times and never received an answer. After waiting with no updates, I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Only then did I immediately receive an email saying the item would ship in another 10 days — this was already 14 days after I had placed the order. In the end, the item arrived almost 3 weeks after the purchase date. Very disappointing experience due to the lack of communication, poor customer service, and misleading delivery expectations.

The shipped a part without verifying the part number even though they had the Fridge Model number and serial number. I wound up buying from another company with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and it cost me $16 return shipping plus "re stocking " fee. Poor customer service and rip off company.

Ordered a shelf that was in stock 6 days ago. I get an email today saying my order was canceled without explanation. I was replacing a part that was damaged in a home we're renting and I won't be here next week, so they have screwed me pretty good. Wouldn't trust them in the future. Smh

Ordered a part for a Dishwasher. They said it was in stock and ready to go. I ordered it Monday night and paid for expedited shipping. A week goes by, and I put a support request in on Sunday night asking for the status. I get a canned response, with a status for a different order stating that order estimations do not include weekends. Once I had them re-read their own stupidity, she gave me an actual update on the order, and said the item would ship out that Monday. I asked again on Wednesday what the status was, and within minutes I get a tracking email, and a response from their customer service "manager" with the tracking info. I looked at the website and see that they have changed the item to no longer in stock with delayed shipping. Won't be using them again when I need a part.
